Clean and not too dated inside the room Very noisy bed to even sit on Woken up at 7am with two continuous beeps/alarms, one louder than the other, the louder one stopped but quieter one continued A banging happening at either the end of the hall or below us, really loud and would be the same amount of bangs each time! Parking is VERY limited behind the hotel - very disappointed I had been told free parking which is why I booked it, then turned up to find no spaces and having to pay for on street parking all night

The hotel is about 2.5km from the Hamilton train station. We took a taxi from the train station, and the driver charged us NZD25. My booking confirmation said that the check out time was 11:00, but the hotel insisted it should be 10:00 which is fine. The booking confirmation clearly say that breakfast was free, but the hotel tried to charge 13 pp. Hamilton is a nice place which is close to Waitomo and Hobbiton.

Basically, this hotel (inn) has everything you want, but the quality is not high. The biggest advantage is that it is very convenient if you are traveling by car. The fact that you can park your car at the door is very good. Don’t count the other things. , which is also good. There is a large supermarket opposite which is convenient for shopping!

We went to the Hamilton Balloon Festival and booked a suite. It was clean overall, but the carpet felt a little old and not as new as it looked in the pictures. The front desk check-in service was clear and enthusiastic.
