The location is great, with a supermarket just downstairs. The room was nice, with good lighting and ventilation, and complete facilities.

Major issues encountered during my stay: Lack of heating: During our stay, Hamilton's spring nights were extremely cold, with temperatures dropping as low as 1°C. Unfortunately, neither bedroom in the apartment had heating. This resulted in a very cold night, impacting our comfort and sleep quality. Broken bathroom door lock: The apartment had only one bathroom with two doors, one connecting to a bedroom and the other to the living room. However, the lock on one of the doors was broken, which was not only a significant inconvenience but also affected our privacy and sense of security. Poor blackout curtains in the bedroom: One of the bedroom windows faces the hallway, where the lights are always on. Despite this, the bedroom curtains provided very poor blackout protection, allowing direct light into the room, significantly disrupting my sleep. These issues significantly impacted my stay, and I hope the management will address them and take action to improve them. Future guests should carefully consider these factors before booking to ensure a pleasant stay.
