Glasgow (Hamilton)

For a recent overnight stay in Hamilton with my family, including our one-year-old, we chose the Premier Inn, and it proved to be an ideal base for exploring both Glasgow and the stunning Loch Lomond area, which was the purpose of our trip. The hotel offered easy access to transport links that made reaching both locations straightforward and stress-free. The check-in was swift, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the beds were wonderfully comfortable, ensuring a restful night for everyone after a day of sightseeing. We also greatly appreciated the staff's attentiveness to families; they thoughtfully brought and set up a travel cot in our room before we even had to ask, which was a huge help. The breakfast selection was plentiful and catered to all our needs. However, the only slight downside to our stay was the phone signal within the hotel. I'm on the O2 network and struggled to get any reliable reception in my room. Additionally, the free WiFi provided was quite slow, which made it difficult for any online tasks. Despite this connectivity issue, the Premier Inn still offered fantastic value for money. It provides clean and comfortable accommodation in a convenient location for exploring the wider region, and the exceptional and thoughtful service, especially towards families with young children, truly impressed us. If the WiFi were improved and the phone signal issue addressed, it would be a truly flawless stay. We would still consider staying again for future trips to the area, perhaps prepared with alternative internet options.

Booked into hotel at few hours notice due to unforseen damage to flat, upon checkin fone had died. Only had cash in pocket and no passport. Joanne and denise were very understanding and loaned charger so I could verify booking, offered me coffee during this. Once checkin verified i went to hand charger back and was told to keep it during my stay. Furthermore they advised not to hesitate to let them know if they could be of anymore help. Very understanding and outstanding customer service

Good experience. Comfy bed, clean bathroom, decent kettle and tv, help yourself to extra teabags and milk. Mud path from car park to hotel doesn’t give good first impression. Disappointing “fillet”?? steak in restaurant. Quick checkin. Not too expensive.

Great location, close to centre and retail park and easy to get off and back on M74. Friendly staff, smoothe stay. Little to no noise heard in our room and we were close to lift so pleasantly surprised. Breakfast had plenty of variety and the meal deal is excellent value

Not a bad word about any of the experience. Great staff very clean great room with loads of stuff. The basic WiFi was perfect. Bed and bathroom perfect. Good shower. Breakfast was good value and no rush for eating or checkout. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

This was a really lovely experience from start to finish and the most wonderful staff. Robina was so kind, helpful and caring during my visit and honestly demonstrated the best hospitality customer service I have experienced in a very long time. From start to finish her kindness was expressed all throughout my stay and I am very grateful to her. I will definitely return and especially due to the nature of the incredible customer services which I experienced today from herself and the team.
