Two bedroom appartment, terrible place to stay, none of two tv's were working, toilet roll holder fell off the wall upon first use, $20 parking fee per night in secured carpark. No reception on site, spoke to them a number of times via telephone, eventually their "Maintenance Man" attended in boardshorts and singlet, could not resolve the issues, he was more concerned with getting back to fishing. So I advised the reception via telephone that we are departing and expect a full refund as we were there for about 4 hours, time mostly spent waiting for assistance to get issues fixed. No refund was forthcoming, spoke to the "manager" of the outfit and was advised that they have a "No Refund Policy", I was offered a credit which I refused as the appartment was not as advertised upon which the manager I talked to hung up on me. Raised this issue with the Department of Fair Trading to get my $1100 back but nothing has happened since as the owners of this placed basically showed the Department of Fair Trading the middle finger. Will take this issue further in due course to retrieve my money via an appropriate channel. DO NOT BOOK / STAY at this place as you will be dissapointed.
