The hotel is located in a building with a public parking lot. The room is large enough and clean overall. The facilities are complete and the price-performance ratio is very high. You have to wait for a while to go up and down the stairs because the elevator is public. Overall, it is OK.

The hotel's exterior design is modern and elegant, reflecting extraordinary taste. As soon as I walked into the lobby, I was attracted by the warm and elegant atmosphere. The spacious and bright space, exquisite art decoration and warm and considerate service staff made me feel the warmth of home instantly. The room I stayed in was spacious and comfortable with a reasonable layout. The room is fully equipped, including soft bedding, high-definition LCD TV, comfortable sofa and high-speed wireless Internet. Especially the bedding, it is simply the most comfortable one I have ever stayed in a hotel, allowing me to have a sweet sleep every night. In terms of dining, Park Lane Hotel Hami also performs well. The hotel's restaurants offer a variety of cuisine, from exquisite Chinese dishes to authentic Western cuisine. The hotel is not cleaned thoroughly, the service is average, and it is not smart at all

We changed rooms three times in a row. The toilet in the first room was smelly and there was a strong smell of sewer. The sink in the second room was leaking and the floor became a river when I washed my hands. Then we were moved to a third room. Half of the control panel was broken (Figure 1), the lights in 1/3 of the room could not be turned on, and the door frame was moldy. It looked terrible. It takes 20 minutes for the shower water to get hot water ☺️The drain was blocked when I was taking a shower. The water level was very high and I soaked my feet directly. I was too lazy to ask the front desk to change rooms. Xiao Ai is also very good. Breakfast is almost all vegetarian. I scooped three tablespoons of fried rice before I found a piece of ham. Parking downstairs is not free. It is not worth 350 yuan. The environment is not good at all. The carpet in the corridor is very dirty. There are stains on the cushions in each room (I don't know what the stains are, one by one, in the last picture) The bed is as hard as marble! ! ! !
