Yushang Hotel

I booked a standard room for my child. I went upstairs after checking in at the front desk. Because I had been on the train for a whole day, I packed up the room and took the child out for dinner. I was too tired, so I washed up and went to rest. After a while, I ran to the child's bed and stretched my legs. I found something under the sheets. I took it apart and saw that it was hard paper used by men. Then I called the front desk to check it out. The staff came up and said to me, "Since you have been staying here for a long time, I am not sure what the paper is. Why should I put paper under the sheets in the middle of the night when I have nothing to do? My child still needs to sleep." Later, the front desk said that they would either change the room for me or check out. I said, "Where can I go with a child if you ask me to check out so late at night?" Finally, they changed the room for me and said that I would deal with the rest tomorrow. I didn't know what kind of manager you are. When I called, the so-called manager told me to refund 50 yuan. What's wrong with that? Have I never seen your 50 yuan, or is your 50 yuan gilded? How come no matter what happens in your hotel, you always use 50 yuan to solve the problem? It's really ridiculous. I sincerely hope that the hotel can improve its service and hygiene. Being a manager is not for show. I don't want other friends to have similar problems when they check in.

The breakfast at this hotel was the most satisfying one I had during my business trip. The breakfast was relatively rich, with four cold dishes, six hot dishes and three soups, but the taste was really good. There were also a variety of handmade noodles, which made me feel at ease. I most recommend the pepper and sesame chicken and fried cauliflower. I didn't expect to have such authentic pepper and sesame chicken for breakfast. For a foodie like me, it really satisfied me [snickering]. I give a thumbs up to the chef who made breakfast ✌🏻. Next time I come, I will stay in this hotel and go straight for their breakfast!

I came to Xinjiang for a self-driving tour and passed by Hami. I wanted to stay for one night. I called the front desk lady late at night to ask how to get to our hotel. The front desk lady also communicated with me patiently. It was two or three o'clock when I arrived. Since we had to leave at more than eight o'clock the next morning, I asked if there was a breakfast shop nearby. The front desk said that they could send us a breakfast for free, which was great! The breakfast was also very rich, with four cold dishes, six hot dishes, cereals and pastries. Thank you for the breakfast. The room environment is also very good. There is a big screen to watch movies in bed, but it’s a little regretful that I didn’t watch much because I had to rush on the road early in the morning. When I left in the morning, I needed shopping bags and the housekeeper delivered them immediately. Overall, it was a great experience. I was not disappointed with my first stop in Xinjiang!
