It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars. The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home. Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~

After shopping and eating, I found that the lights in the room could not be turned off when I was ready to go to bed at night. At this time, the front desk changed to two waiters on night shift. I asked them to solve the problem. I must not be able to sleep with the room lights on in the middle of the night. I am old and have shallow sleep. As a result, I was told that it could not be solved and the electrician was off work. I said, what about changing the room? There is no room. The attitude is really bad, especially a little girl in gray clothes who is a little fat. I really want to disturb her sleep. She kept saying that there is no way. There is no room. Finally, I changed to a standard room. It was two o'clock in the middle of the night and I was tossing again. The key is that three people were given a standard room. After half an hour, it was almost three o'clock and another electrician was sent to fix it again. Excuse me, didn't the electrician go off work? Because it was too late and it was very hard to play, I said I would ask the manager to solve it the next day. The night shift girl at the front desk said that the manager of our store is not here and usually does not come. I didn't say much. ❗️In another room, I came back from dinner and prepared to sleep, but the quilt, sheets and quilt covers were not changed at all, and there were big footprints! I told the front desk, but was retorted why didn't you say it earlier? ? ? ? ? Comrade waiter, are you okay? ! ? Boss, this bad review is completely because you used the wrong people. The security uncle kept apologizing and saying good things, but the two of them were Yin-Yang guests who sang and drank with each other! I don't understand or respect them! After checking out, I contacted Ctrip, and Ctrip said it would solve it. In the end, it was the Ctrip platform that compensated some of the room fees, not the hotel. I still trust this platform. As for the hotel, one night has passed and no responsible person has contacted me to understand the situation. Please check all the facilities when you enter the door if you have to choose to stay, so as not to cause unnecessary trouble. It's not close to the ancient street, but it's convenient to eat around.
