看好評和新開業的，又看到説離阿勒屯古街近選擇了這家酒店。
❗️排雷吧：
辦理入住的戴眼鏡的小姐姐人非常好很有禮貌，幫忙辦理了入住。
訂了套房住三個人，逛吃回來晚上準備睡覺發現房間燈關不了，這時候前台換了夜班值班的兩個服務員。找他們解決問題，半夜房間燈火通明肯定是睡不了，年齡大了睡眠淺。結果被告知解決不了，電工下班了。我説那換個房間呢，沒有房間，態度真的很不好，尤其是一個灰衣服的有點微胖的小姑娘，好想吵到她睡覺了，一直在説沒辦法沒房。最後給換了一個標間，半夜兩點了、又折騰，關鍵三個人給了一個標間。之後過了半小時快三點了又派了一個電工來，又給修了。請問電工不是下班了嗎？
因為太晚了，出來玩兒很辛苦説第二天再找經理解決，前台夜班小姑娘説，我們這個店經理不在這裏，一般不來。我沒多説話。
❗️另一個房間吃飯回來準備睡覺結果被子床單被罩根本沒換，大腳印！跟前台説，結果被回懟説怎麼不早説？？？？？
服務員同志，你沒事兒吧？！？
老闆，這條差評完全是你用人不當啊。
保安大叔都一個勁兒的給道歉説好話，她倆那是一唱一喝的陰陽客人！不理解也不尊重！
退房後聯繫攜程，攜程表示去解決，最後是攜程平台補償了一些房款也不是酒店補償的。
這個平台我還是信任的。
至於酒店，一晚過一天了沒責任人聯繫我瞭解過情況。
請各位必要選擇入住的旅客朋友，進門一定要檢查好各種設施，以免造成不必要的麻煩。
離古街也不近，周圍吃飯倒是方便。

首選剛開業，以為衞生不會差，浴室的毛巾上面是黑色的，應該是上個顧客走了之後就沒換，床下面有之前吃過的零食袋子，床單上有頭髮，隔音差，跟前台要孩子用的牙具拖鞋，回覆沒有，酒店介紹裏説有，總體體驗感不好👎

真的是無力吐槽 地面衞生可以説是很長時間沒打掃 到處都是頭髮 塵土 腳印 床單也不知道換沒換 被子掀開好幾根頭髮 枕頭上也有 真噁心 經理和保安服務特別好 反應之後馬上來打掃 道歉

零壓的床睡着舒服，解乏，在張掖住的也是艾菲，哈密的應該是開業不久，房間稍微還有一點裝修的氣味沒有散盡。早餐味道還不錯，酒店位置離古街也不遠，挺方便的。

來哈密對比了好多家，最終選擇了這家酒店，是如家旗下的子店，今年才完成的裝修，裏面都非常新，裝修風格也年輕化，酒店前台小姐姐人非常好！而且酒店還允許帶寵物入住非常人性化，出來旅遊帶着毛孩子，確實能讓帶的酒店非常少。所以這家店還是非常不錯的。下次來還會選擇入住！

房間是新裝修的，衞生和硬件不錯，只是這個賓館的服務意識太差，好像門口前台和保安都是管理者，而不是服務員，疫情綜合徵好像還沒消散，保安態度強硬，晚班前台出去逛超市，感覺有點可笑。
