Manager and receptionist at the front office were friendly and helpful. They even upgraded our room to a bigger unit. Restaurants and convenience shops are easily available.

We hurriedly booked a room without a window on the morning of check-in, but the handsome guy at the front desk upgraded us to a room with a large window. It was very clean and comfortable. 👍The good check-in experience made my mother very happy and satisfied. Thank you! I would like to stay here again next time I come to Hami.
