就在天街旁邊，夜市很熱鬧，各地的特色餐飲都或多或少涉及到，當然最多的還是烤肉。
酒店房間很大，也很乾凈

周邊環境不錯，吃飯的地方也多，酒店環境也不錯。入住後發現床頭插座有問題我幫着電工師傅修了兩個小時，期間沒有任何酒店人員來協調住房問題

設施：該有的都有不該有的也有哈哈哈哈哈哈給房間裏床上放了天鵝和玫瑰花咱們就是説當天去的晚好像是揹着我們安排了個情侶房間屋裡有沙發挺好的挺好的
衞生：比較乾淨
環境：附近吃的好多有一家新疆飯超好吃

房間一打開裏面全是煙味，打掃完房間，窗户也不開，最讓人生的是，睡覺睡的好好的，突然有人使勁開我的房門，把我嚇一大跳，都準備抄傢伙****了，後面才知道是另外的客人開錯房門了，酒店前台給客人房開上面寫着不像511也不像517，我問那個店長為何不給客人提醒，店長給我説了一句，店方衹負責給客人提醒在幾樓，不給客人提醒房間號，和我説因為這是酒店禁忌，那我想問這個店長，為何我開房的時候，前台提醒我在幾樓，幾號房間呢？是看人下菜的？如果一個衹會説不好意思的店長，那你和服務員有何區別？我要你的解決方案，而不是你一直説不好意思，還有酒店這些循環使用的物品，也已經不堪入目了，這個酒店不屬於維也納，不屬於維也納，不屬於維也納，我也找不到投訴的地方，這個店長當的確實太舒服了，每天在前台一坐吹着空調，有什麼事就是左一個不好意思右一個不好意思，你的老闆為何讓你當店長，首先是讓你對客人，其次是對店方負責，最後你是要對你的老闆負責，敢問這個店長，你做到哪一點了？

酒店房間，寬敞明亮，設施齊全，2米的大床睡的非常舒服，衞生也很到位！絕對可以稱得上四星級的標準！早餐各種炒菜都有，樓層大姐服務周到，熱情！最讚的是酒店的美女謝主管，她是酒店的亮點，也是酒店的核心，我和老公帶着長者和孩子住店，謝主管給了兩個挨着的房間，方便照顧長者和孩子，又贈送了4個人的早餐，非常感謝這濃濃的心意，給美女謝主管點贊👍！樓下就是皇后天街夜市，各種小吃一應俱全，我從來不給酒店點評，但這次是一次完美的入住體驗！相信哈密維也納上品酒店在美女謝主管的帶領下，越來越好！再一次感謝美女主管的關照👍

住了一晚上 自己帶的洗浴品落在了酒店，當天打電話問前台打掃客房有沒有單獨放起來，前台查也沒查竟然説沒有，太可笑了，又不是很值錢的物品，衹是再買要等五天，這樣的酒店不建議入住
