Best Hotels near LaMa Park, Hamburg

I was here five nights in the course of a business trip. In the first night I heard the conversation in the neighbouring room at normal volume of the other guests completely. The hotel is overall very bright. At request, the next day I got another room at the end of a wing and was much quieter. I take this as a huge plus point for the hotel. Otherwise I sat at the bar and waited 15 minutes until anyone came, otherwise it was almost empty. In total, everything came into the years with a charm of the seventy years. For my purposes in general okay, but just not overwhelming.

The receiption and breakfast area is appropriate The staff is very helpful and friendly Everything is efficent Room is very clean What I didn't like: - Room was with two single beds - although we came as a couple (it was in the description, that there are rooms with single bed, but I didn't expect) - No Water boiler in the appartment - The bread and rolls at the breakfast buffet

Location is biased, only to the airport by car, the hotel has a shuttle bus to the airport 20 minutes. The hotel is old, the tourist season is very hot, and the breakfast is superb and very rich.

Great location. Easy to get around and get back to the place at night. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the shared rooms, people coming back late at night, the doors close quite loudly. My only complaint is that I received a keycard to the wrong room and walked right into a private suite.. Nobody was there thankfully and I just walked right out, but if I were staying in a private room I would hate to think that strangers could just walk into my room where all my belongings are lying around. Otherwise clean and quite a cool environment.

Zum Preis ist das Hotel ganz okay. Das beste ist die Lage: etwa 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und zur U-Bahn, etwa 100 m zu dem Supermarkt, der Drogerie, dem Apotheker und ganz viele Restaurants (z.B. vietnamesisches, persisches, libanesisches, türkisches) Aber bestimmt ist das Hotel nicht perfekt. Der Schreibtisch im Zimmer ist winzig und es fehlt ein Stuhl. Es gibt nur zwei Polsterhocker. So unbequem! Es gibt keinen Eisenbügel, Kaffeemacher oder Wasserkocher. Abends ist das Esszimmer bzw. Gemeinschaftraum geschlossen. Also keinen Platz für eine Besprechung oder außerhalb dem Zimmer zu arbeiten. Aber wenn man vorhat, im Zimmer nur zu schlafen und baden, dann geht es ganz gut.

Great value for money close to the Zoo.. even though it was perhaps not a topnotch hotel, we thought we got good value for money with spacious and clean rooms and easy access to parking (which is not a given in Hamburg)… breakfast was ok as well :-)

Waren für 2 Nächte hier. Hotel mit der S3 und dem Bus 2 perfekt zu erreichen. Auch gibt es genügend Parkplätze vor und um das Hotel herum. Da das Hotel an einer rund um die Uhr gut befahrenen Straße liegt,macht das Schlafen mit offenem Fenster unmöglich. Hotel war sauber,Personal freundlich und es gibt eine Bar und genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten in der Lounge. Katastrophe war die Organisation des Frühstücks.Freie Tische wurden schnell wieder in Beschlag genommen ohne das dass Servicepersonal Zeit hatte abzuräumen.Es staute sich überall im Frühstücksraum und am Büffett. Tischzuweisungen durch das Personal wären besser. Am zweiten Tag war die Lage etwas entspannter. Für einen Städtetrip völlig ok.Preis-Leistung ok.Hamburg ist halt teuer.

Es ist immer wieder ein Genuss in diesem Hotel zu wohnen, es hat alles zu bieten was wir uns von einem Hotel wünschen. Ausstattung, Größe der Zimmer, Design, Bar, Restaurant usw., wir würden dem Hotel glatt 5 Sterne geben aber dafür fehlt wahrscheinlich der Pool. So oder so wir kommen wieder, denn für uns ist das Best Western Plus Hotel Böttcherhof die Top-Adresse in Hamburg, Danke.

I was from 28.07.22 - 29.07.22 in the beautiful Intercityhotel Hamburg-Barmbek. We were welcomed by a quite young receptionist. She was very professional and especially friendly. You already felt right well. The wish in the 3. The floor was filled with a beautiful view. The beautifully furnished room has a pleasant size ( we had noticed the cheapest category). The bed was very comfortable and let us have beautiful dreams. There is even Sky Sport/Bundesliga for which men may be interested. Also a minibar with a free water bottle has jumped into our eyes. Very worth praising! Also there was a great rain shower! The only manko was the air conditioning, which was already set at -1 degree Celsius at the arrival. But it was then possible to adjust it individually. What we also felt positive is that there is a free ÖPNV ticket for each hotel guest including. This was very good because we went to Musical ,”Wicked” in the evening and we could conveniently drive to the stage theater new Flora. To the train station you need only a maximum of 2 minutes from the hotel. Generally, this is a very good central hotel. Let's come to the only critical points, and to breakfast, which is currently offered for €17 per person. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed at that point. Most because we paid together at first €51 for it. The breads were very hard. The spoon was dry and the stick appeared not to be made by itself. For this price it was not good at all. This was notified at the reception below and the criticism was also taken very seriously. The woman was also a young receptionist and also very friendly. After our question how to stay here now, we were friendlyly refunded a breakfast and the parking ticket. You can't really make meckers at the service. Ideal für die Anreise mit der Bahn, einmal an Planten und Bloomen vorbei und man steht vor dem Hotel. Durch das vorab einchecken ging das Einchecken im Hotel sehr schnell. Es gab noch die Fahrkarten für den Personennahverkehr für die Dauer des Hotelaufenthaltes. Unser Zimmer im 11. Stock hatte den Blick auf Planten und Bloomen und die Alster, perfekt. Im Zimmer gab es einen Wasserkocher für die Kaffee und Tee Zubereitung. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich mit verschiedenen Brötchen, 2 Sorten Brot, Kuchenvariation, 4 Sorten Käse, 2 Sorten Camenbert, Frischkäse und verschiedene Salate, S*****en, Salami, Kochs*****en, Leberwurst, warme Würstchen, mehrere Sorten Joghurt und Quark, Eier, Obstsalat und Säfte und eine Spezialitäten Kaffeemaschine. Wir kommen gerne wieder, ideal für einen Aufenthalt zum nutzen der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel, mit der Karte kann man auch die Hafenfähren nutzen.
