It might not be everyone’s taste but the room was comfortable and the shower fantastic, friendly people in the hotel and many drunk and hard on there luck people outside

The rooms are ok but the checkin was at 15 and we were early and came at 13:30 and the personal was rude and told us no rooms were ready and we should come back at 15, so we did and then the rooms were still not ready at 16:30 the cleaner was done.

My father and brother stayed here for a stag weekend. It was clean but they were shocked to find that there was no heating or hot water on the second day and because of this, they had to have cold showers and since returning home my father is really poorly, as are lots of the party. The hotel said to email as they would give a discount but there is no email address. The area around the hotel was unsafe and they were told by the taxi driver that it’s the most dangerous part of Hamburg. We would like something back as a form of compensation.

Questionable service during check-in. The employee didn't seem like someone who wanted to be there and he was tired of guests coming...
The lobby and entrance made us skeptical, but the rooms were okay. However, a big difference in the size and the beds.
Our room was ok clean, but a lot of dust in some places.
The shelf under the sink in the bathroom was falling down and the toilet seat was loose.
The location of the hotel was really good for our purposes, but there were quite a few homeless people and bars in the area.
