Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war absolut fantastisch. Vom Moment meiner Ankunft bis zur Abreise fühlte ich mich wie ein geschätzter Gast. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend, stets bereit, meine Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. Das Zimmer war geräumig, makellos sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die ich brauchte. Das Hotel bot auch eine Vielzahl von Einrichtungen wie ein Fitnessstudio, einen Pool und ein hervorragendes Restaurant, in dem ich köstliche Gerichte genießen konnte. Die Lage des Hotels war ebenfalls ideal, in der Nähe von Sehenswürdigkeiten und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Alles in allem kann ich dieses Hotel wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt dort.

So noisy , impossible to sleep. Reception stank of stale cigarettes. Rude check in staff who really couldn’t care. In a part of town you don’t want to be. If it was £50 a night it would be too much. If I could have found another hotel I would have moved. Awful

The employees are very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. Plenty to choose from like fresh fruit, juice, rolls, eggs, etc. Location was nice. But parking the car is terrible. The parking spaces are very narrow. The room was spacious, but old. It is in desperate need of a renovation, especially the bathroom! It was old, moldy, rust on the radiator. I was not impressed. The rate for the room is way too high. I will not stay hete again.

Was nice and clean and comfy. room was big, only small problem was shower head holder was slightly broken, would slide down so had to keep holding shower head in place.
did ask for singles and was made up as a double, but easy to move apart and maid was happy to make it up as two singles.

The room was clean and spacious, though a little dated. No in-room safe which is disappointing.
Hotel was fine (standard 2.5-3 star) for a couple of nights travelling on business and the bed was very comfortable. Public areas are also a little dated looking and could do with a refresh.
The neighbourhood is graffitied but safe and within walking distance of good cafes and bars. About a 30-40 minute walk to the city centre or 10 minutes to the nearest S-Bahn.
Adequate for a couple of days of solo travel.

The reception at the desk was very weird when we arrived at approx. 23:00. The man behind the desk was friendly, but very confusing in his communication. When we entered the room, the floor was not clean and had dust/little bit of sand on some parts. The curtains had some very questionable, white stains all over it. The toilet seat was clean, but looks very old and yellowed. Overall, the room looked very poor and above all very bleak and lacks atmosphere. The same goes for the rest of the hotel's hallways, reception, etc. This hotel clearly needs a makeover to meet the standards of today. For € 100+ per night (w/o breakfast), I definitely expect more from a hotel. The location is the only upside, since its situated in a nice area. Would not recommend.
