The hotel is close to the central station but it’s a little dark scary walking at night. The room looks old but clean.

Everyone, please don't enter this "wolf's den". It's incredibly dirty. We didn't dare to take off our clothes to sleep all night. The sheets were full of broken hair and dregs. The price was nearly 600 yuan. I can't imagine it. If it didn't come out, it would be like this. It would be a nightmare! Didn't sleep all night! I didn’t even dare to open the box! The next day we would rather not pay for the second night's room, knowing that the Turks would hang on and not want to stay another night! Fortunately, we negotiated with Ctrip to refund part of the room fee of 304 yuan. It is better to lose money than to be in an extremely bad mood! When we were taking an UBER, we saw several bastards jumping around in a confused and abnormal manner on the street in a residential area in Turkey. It was so scary. Fortunately, I decided to change to another hotel! The nightmare is over!

I was at this hotel while traveling alone to meet some friends in Hamburg. The hotel room was good, but the condition of the hotel in other means than my room, was not that good. However, for me this hotel was a good choice, per price, central location. Would recommend.

I stayed 1 night and it suited my needs. Was a short walk to the bus and train station and the room was comfortable. However the area the hotel is located in is not the best but for one night it wasn’t a problem.

It is not like the pictures, staff doesn’t speak English fluently so it’s very difficult to communicate. Hotel is old, you always have to put 10 stairs up from the elevator to the floor where the rooms are located. Those stairs are terrible when you luggage. There is nobody to help you with the bags. It is in bad location and every night people from the street gathers to drink outside of the hotel door.

The staff are friendly, diverse and multicultural. very professional and welcoming staff, enjoyed good conversation as they really seem to love their job, especially Farid. Breakfast did not have any hot option, but there was enough bread, spreads, hot drinks, cereal, yoghurt etc... Luggage storage service is definitely a plus. Only thing is they really really need to ensure that the sex workers and ************ and dealers are not all over the entrance as that was very uncomfortable.
