Location, facilities and breakfast are perfect. The staff were especially excellent. They were very helpful in dealing with my problems. I can't remember such an amazing experience in Europe. I would stay there again next time.

Good stay in a good and clean hotel. The room was a bit small but the service was good and I would recommend to stay there.

The room is very clean, decorated in an industrial style, and easy to maintain, but a little small, not suitable for long stays. There are no slippers and toiletries like in domestic hotels, no napkins and bottled water. The breakfast is all Western style, except for the coffee and toast which are hot, everything is cold. If you are not picky about food, it tastes good. The service attitude is very good

Visually a real eye-catcher, but the rooms are equipped with ventilation instead of radiators and this ventilation beeped all night long even though it was turned off. In addition, in room 001 you could hear practically every toilet flush gurgling.
A hotel can look as classy as it can, but if you can hardly sleep because of the noise, you won't want to come back.

The location is not in the city center, but the service and facilities are good. However, the room price fluctuates greatly. The price booked in advance on Ctrip is much different from the price booked near the hotel.

Wonderful hotel for a great price

Close to the UKE & Nedderfeld shopping center
Residential area in the immediate vicinity

Extraordinarily friendly & helpful despite the rush of customers & a lot of stress
24/7 reception
Unfortunately, long waiting times, as there is 1 receptionist who is already serving at least 1 customer
Hotline is an absolute disaster! Always hostile to customers. Either grumpy or rude & unwilling to find solutions

Very quiet despite the proximity to the main road, but not completely silent
Clean, but not clinically clean
The niu hotels app is very useful, but as a key it often does not respond "quickly" enough like the room card
