Oberdeck is in a great location to explore Hamburg. It’s very close to transport, restaurants, and some great coffee. The apar**ent was compact but very clean and well equipped. The balcony is a great space. Our only issue was how hot it was upstairs in the bedroom even when it was cool downstairs and outside. A fan is supplied but it was still uncomfortable.
The roof top deck is lovely.
We would definitely stay again.

The apar**ent block is very well situated close to the main Altona station with shops, pubs and restaurants all close by. Apar**ents are spotlessly clean and staff and nice and friendly. Apar**ent is well equipped with small kitchen, fridge hob etc and bathroom is small but adequate. Downside is the size overall they are tiny and the split level arrangment doesn't help. The stairs up to the bed space are steep/offset and dangerous and the head heigh in the bedroom is only aboy 1500mm so you can stand up. Laid in bed you can touch the ceiling and the bed is only accessible from one side. For 1 person maybe OK but not for a couple for 4 nights except maybe in the premium apar**ents which may be a bit better..

Great stay and location.
The area has a lot to offer and is very Well connected with “U/S tube” if you like to go around with Public transport in Hamborg.
Bit rude older lady at the check-in otherwise happy.
