It was my first time at the Motel One Altona, otherwise I am very satisfied with the standards and the service. It was different this time. I recommend everyone not to rent in the annex. The rooms have the spirit of 20 years ago. I know these rooms with the wash basin from the old days in Frankfurt. The reception was "okay". My wife is standing next to me and the man asked who is coming to the room later. I didn't get a free bottle of water either, I'm still waiting for the promised email with the bill. The beds are good, the bartender is great. Emphatic and respectful, endowed with great knowledge.

Sehr gutes Hotel. Sehr sauber. Freundliche Leute. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Die Bar ist gutbestückt. Der Bus in die Stadt fährt vor der Tür ab. Ruhige Zimmer. Kleine Snacks.gemütliche Lobby. Empfehlung für den tripp nach Hamburg. Preise sind ok.

Wer nicht in diesem Hôtel war, hat Hamburg nicht gesehen!! Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wunderschöne Zimmer und vor allem tolle Mitarbeiter die man ihresgleichen lang suchen muss!! Eines jener Hôtels in denen ich mich am wohlsten gefühlt habe! Ich komme definitiv bald wieder!!

Alles perfekt wie es sein soll. Schönes Zimmer, Tiefgarage mit direktem Hotelzugang und akzeptablem Preis, Bushaltestelle für City-Unternehmungen direkt vor dem Hotel, Frühstück das seinen Namen verdient. So soll Motel One sein. Kann ich uneingeschränkt für einen Hamburg-Besuch empfehlen.

Hallo und guten Tag, unser privater Aufenthalt von Fr - So war ein gutes Wochenende, wobei meine Frau noch die ganze weitere Woche blieb. Wir kammen recht spät abends an, und dennoch konnten wir unser komfortables Zimmer beziehen. Das Hotel, Zimmer, Toiletten, Foyer ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wohnten hofseitig, und daher war es angenehm ruhig. Ab und zu ist ein Flugzeug vernehmbar - aber - nicht zu laut. Das Personal vom Service ist einfach KLASSE, stets um alle Gäste sehr bemüht, und sehr freundlich, was wir gerne belohnten. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut, und reichhaltig, wobei ich persönlich mir auch mal etwas Rührei gewünscht hätte ( ist aber eher nebensächlich ). Angebotene Speisen und Zutaten sind lecker, teils BIO und reichhaltig. Kleiner Abzug von mir zur Tiefgarage. Hier sind die Stellplätze ( besonders , wenn reichlich SUV'S parken ) sehr knapp bemessen. man muss bei einigen Ecken und Pfeilern wirklich aufpassen. Habe Fahrzeug normaler Abmessung, und es wurde bei aller Umsicht stets knapp.... Insgesamt ist es aber ein sehr gutes Hotel, wirklich empfehlenswert.

Waren nach 6 Jahren ‘Abstinenz’ mal wieder in Hamburg und so froh immer noch bekannte Gesichter wiederzusehen! Eine sehr souveräne Crew, die wirklich sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich ist! Das Hotel selbst hat eine Klasse Verkehrsanbindung (sowohl autobahn- als auch busmäßig) und auch das Parken ist kein Problem! Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt keine Wünsche offen und ist sowohl bio als auch für Vegetarier und Veganer geeignet! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
