107房窗外有水泵，噪音很大。106空着，該酒店前台説沒有房間更換了。房間裏噪音太大了，我衹有在房間外的過道睡覺。該酒店管理員喊我起來了。我衹能出去散步。遇到一個喝醉的黑人搶了我的手機，跑走了。我大喊，然後路人攔住了他。我奪回了手機。這層樓7間房有三間很窄的洗手間。

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
wir waren äußert unzufrieden mit dem Zimmer. Am Freitag, den 01.11 haben wir um ca. 19 Uhr eingecheckt und haben das Zimmer Begutachtet.
Der Reinigungszustand des Zimmers war absolut nicht in Ordnung, sodass wir uns hier noch am gleichen Tag für ein anderes Hotel entschieden haben.
Haben die Zimmerkarte in den Briefkasten geworfen und sind in das Hotel Helgoland gefahren. Über einen Entschädigungsbetrag würde ich mich freuen und keine negative Bewertung abgeben.
Die Zimmer wurden nicht von uns benutzt.

去check in在同一條街道上，電梯衹能上到四樓，但五樓是頂樓能能看到屋頂，很漂亮，建議住樓頂。
