This is a disastrous booking mistakenly in a wrong city which should be Kiel but was not changeable and refundable, sadly rebooked another cheaper one in Kiel for some hard sleeping night

There are no restaurants nearby, which is quite inconvenient.
The service was average. I asked the front desk to order a taxi on Sunday, but they said there was no reply after calling them. The next day, a foreigner asked them to order a taxi and said it would be there soon. I don’t know if there is any reason for this.
