When I arrived, there was only one set of pillows, blanket and towels even though I booked a double room. The room had a weird smell, the bathroom had mold. The shower head did not quite fit into the holder, so taking shower was also an unpleasant experience.
I was highly disappointed.

Nice quiet hotel in the heart of a great neighborhood full of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Room was small but comfortable. Internet was out during my stay but fortunately I was just passing through.

I booked. I paid. I called and told them I would arrive 30mins after their regular closing. I arrived at the hotel and it is shut. I can't get in. I can't access the ******* app because there is no phone signal. They don't answer the phone. But they do charge me for the room. Disgraceful.

The hotel is located a little outside the city on the Outer Alster but is very well connected to two bus lines. Travel time to the city center: about 10 minutes. The reception was friendly and our room (comfort double) was modern and fully equipped. Everything was clean, only the smell (cleaning products or similar?) was a little unpleasant. The bathroom is very small but just about OK. There is an underground car park for €19 per night, which we recommend as the parking situation on the street is tight. The breakfast may seem expensive at first glance at €22 but it is really exceptionally varied and of the highest quality. There is definitely nothing left to be desired here, which absolutely justifies the price. The rooms facing the street are quiet with the windows closed. It was a very good choice for our short stay of two nights and we recommend this hotel with a clear conscience.

We are repeat offenders and always feel comfortable there. The price-performance ratio is good, the service is friendly, the room sizes vary, and the location to the Outer Alster is ideal. When looking for a parking space, you sometimes need a bit of luck or you can reserve a parking space at the hotel. The breakfast is OK, but there are also good alternatives in the neighborhood. We always like to come back.

The hotel is located about 500 m from the eastern bank of the Outer Alster in a fairly quiet residential area. Unfortunately, the rooms facing the street are still quite noisy. The medium-sized hotel does not have its own parking spaces, but you can park for free on the side of the road nearby. The reception and service were friendly and always helpful. Our room was big enough, modernized and clean. The highly praised breakfast buffet had a few special features, but was already running out of options well ahead of schedule. Overall, a decent offer with good value for money.
