I forgot my cap in the room when I checked out. I came back a few hours later and they said it wasn't there. It's unpleasant when you forget something and they don't return it.

Excellent, friendly staff! They allowed us to store our luggage for a day, helped us with our things.
The hotel design is stylish, the location is excellent. Very beautiful view from the window.
I would especially like to note the amazing smells of shower gels and hand soap!:)
And we also liked the smart toilets!

The hotel is very special, like the water city of Venice. The service is average. Customers are required to fill in personal information. The front desk and restaurant are shared. The hotel is new and the hygiene is good. I can stay there again.

The room is well-equipped and the location is good. It is in the central area and the surrounding attractions are within walking distance. The sanitary conditions are good and the toiletries are complete. The body lotion is quite moist and suitable for the local weather.

Terrific location! Walkable to so many of the things you want to see & experience in Hamburg Central. Also walkable (25mins) to Central Train Station.
Room was modern, clean, efficient. Shower was the best - hot water immediately & good size.
Bar & staff were incredible. Bar is 24/7 with snacks late, so no matter when you check in (at the bar downstairs ) staff is there to great you & you can have a good pause & a drink after.
Bed & pillows are on the firm side, but cozy & don’t prevent a good night’s sleep.
Really well done. Everything is guest centric & you want for nothing.
Highly recommend!
Would go back in a minute!
