An old hotel. Located in the center of Hamburg, the facilities are a bit old, and the German items are more down-to-earth. The housekeeper provides coffee upon request for breakfast, which has the flavor of an old German hotel.

We used and visited all of the hotel's facilities and had a very pleasant stay throughout. The service deductions are due to the inability to speak to some employees because they speak neither German nor English. We make deductions in terms of amenities because the hotel has a wellness area, but unfortunately, compared to hotels of the same category, it does not have a whirlpool/real sauna (the existing one is for a maximum of 2 people)/steam bath/relaxation rooms. I would also have been happy if the gentleman at the front desk could have answered a simple question about the history of the hotel.

A little old, but it has its own charm. The rooms are spacious. There is paid parking nearby. Great staff. There is a swimming pool. Excellent breakfast. The location is perfect. Very quiet hotel.

The front desk's business skills were not good. Several young people were confused and had to wait for half an hour to pay for the extended room. From time to time, someone knocked on the door to disturb me. I asked why, and said to confirm if the room was available? Nani! ! ! The rest is nothing special, the location is very good, that's all!

The location is in the city center shopping district, and the facilities and services are very good. It's also very close to the subway station and surrounded by many restaurants. All in all a very nice hotel.
