1. the coffee machine in the room is leaking
2. the room service didn't come even after putting up the sign for cleaning
it is definitely an overhyped hotel ... really nothing fantastic to mention about the hotel except for ample car parking space

The service was great, breakfast wasn't cheap at €29 but it was great! Unfortunately the evening meal wasn't that good for us, which is why we only ate it once!!! The fact that the sink is in the living/bedroom takes a bit of getting used to, the industrial floor is unfortunately much too cold in the cold season, there should be instructions for using the TV, coffee machine, lighting, etc.!!! Unfortunately there are ONLY a few hotel parking spaces and the entrance from the street is only visible at second glance, when there is heavy traffic or poor visibility the entrance should be better/earlier visible!!!

A wonderful surprise
By accident, I had to rebook a hotel in Hamburg. I ended up with this hotel without any expectations... But everything I met exceeded my expectations. I can really recommend this hotel...it's special, comfortable, strange and with a wow-factory... Enjoy 👍

A Unique and Quiet Stay
I loved this hotel. I was drawn to it because it’s built on top of a former flak tower, making it a truly unique place to stay. The hotel is completely self-enclosed, so you don’t get strangers walking past your room—despite what some reviews falsely claim.
The room itself was clean, warm, and offered a beautiful view of Hamburg. I was also impressed by how quiet it was. This was especially notable because the tower has a performance stage, and a German rock band was playing that night—yet we heard nothing.
There are several restaurants on-site, and we tried two of them—both were excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, and if I’m ever back in Hamburg, I will stay here again.

Details...
First, the staff are friendly and nice. The rooms and beding are clean and new. The shrubs around our balcony were slightly overgrown, but cute. My issue was, i knew i signed up to a hotel under a nightclub, with a concert hall in it. What i didn't clock was that the bar, hall, rooftop bar and restaurant and even coffee shop would close for private events. We were told it's because we chose to visit for the Christmas market. So you can't eat or drink on site most of the weekend. And the club hosts wedding karaoke until 2am, which you are definitely not invited too, but sound insulation to the 4th floor is non existent, so you will need to suffer through nonetheless.
