Great location. Easy to get around and get back to the place at night. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the shared rooms, people coming back late at night, the doors close quite loudly. My only complaint is that I received a keycard to the wrong room and walked right into a private suite.. Nobody was there thankfully and I just walked right out, but if I were staying in a private room I would hate to think that strangers could just walk into my room where all my belongings are lying around. Otherwise clean and quite a cool environment.

Great value for money close to the Zoo.. even though it was perhaps not a topnotch hotel, we thought we got good value for money with spacious and clean rooms and easy access to parking (which is not a given in Hamburg)… breakfast was ok as well :-)

Zum Preis ist das Hotel ganz okay. Das beste ist die Lage: etwa 5 Minuten zur S-Bahn und zur U-Bahn, etwa 100 m zu dem Supermarkt, der Drogerie, dem Apotheker und ganz viele Restaurants (z.B. vietnamesisches, persisches, libanesisches, türkisches) Aber bestimmt ist das Hotel nicht perfekt. Der Schreibtisch im Zimmer ist winzig und es fehlt ein Stuhl. Es gibt nur zwei Polsterhocker. So unbequem! Es gibt keinen Eisenbügel, Kaffeemacher oder Wasserkocher. Abends ist das Esszimmer bzw. Gemeinschaftraum geschlossen. Also keinen Platz für eine Besprechung oder außerhalb dem Zimmer zu arbeiten. Aber wenn man vorhat, im Zimmer nur zu schlafen und baden, dann geht es ganz gut.

Due to a visit to the NDR Studios on Hugh Greene Road, we have checked in here. The check-in was excellent, very competent friendly staff, we have rarely experienced so nice and above all fast. The guests were all warmly welcomed and ”checked” although a long battle was already formed. The friendly man at the reception even chose us directly a bus, with which we could go directly to the NDR Studios. The rooms they are small, but clean for it, and the window can be opened, I always find it good if you can regulate the fresh air itself. The bed is only 140 broad, that might have been written in the booking before. It is already limitable for two small but large people. All was clean and the bathroom was as well maintained and ordinary. Breakfast was OK, at the mass of people, but something troublesome. But this should not be a point of decline, that is just like when the hotel is booked. We arrived at the day Beyoncé played in Hamburg ... In general, it is very recommendable if you have to do on the edge of Hamburg or positions, the hotel is not central, But it points just by price and modernity and very nice staff! A parking lot is available in the parking garage adjacent to hotel areas for 10EUR per day.

Everything was fine. Before I checked out on the last day, I was in the bathroom. Suddenly, I heard the cleaning staff didn’t press the doorbell and came in without knocking the door. It was almost..., I thought about cleaning and it was very hard. Just put a few euros as a tip. Once this happens, the direct consumption is taken away, which is really almost

We did one night stop on our way from Berlin to Billund, the hotel is far from the city center but that´s not our goal this time so the location was good for us. The room was clean and a note was left on the bedtable saying ”Welcome enjoy your stay” which was nice. Breakfast was crowded ( in elevators you can find rush hours of breakfast ) and the staff barely had control at some point. Breakfast had good variations for all of us. The parking lot was located in the basement and you could walk straight from there into an elevator. All in all, clean hotel with great staff and fine locationif you are not planning on spending alot of time in city center.

We booked this hotel via Amoma. Com as it stated that this hotel had large family rooms, pets were welcome and that the rooms had air-conditioning. All not true. We were asked to pay an additional 30 euros for our third child. We had also booked a quiet room but faced the very noisy street. The room was extraordinaryly hot and staff did not provide us with a fan. The room was small but reasonably clean. No tea or coffee making facilities. The bathroom was ok but hairdryer did not work. Interiors quite tired. The biggest problem with this hotel is the location. It is the local druggie hang out. We saw people using drugs in the street right outside the hotel and it was clear that this is not a safe area. The riot police attended several incidents during our stay and made several arrests. **********s operate in this area too. We would not recommend to stay here and it certainly was not even good value for money.

We stayed at the Hyperion Hamburg for one night during our roadtrip through Europe. Arriving by car is very convenient, since the hotel is located close to a major road and offers garage parking with direct access to the hotel. Also, the location is great for sightseeing, as most of the city center is reachable by foot. We got a nice big corner room on one of the upper floors, with great views, comfortable beds, and lots of space for the 3 of us (2 adults and one child). The breakfast was very good, with many different options.

This was my first visit to Hamburg with a friend as a short city break, coming from the UK. This hotel was perfect to meet our needs which was to have a) a good location, b) a comfortable room, and c) a decent breakfast. I would recommend the hotel for other tourists. ROOM: Neat and tidy with comfortable beds. The bathroom was also of a good standard. 5/5 LOCATION: Located a 5 minutes walk away from the main train station and a 10-15 minutes walk from the main square and town with bars and restaurants. 5/5 BREAKFAST: A nice selection of different continental offerings, very modern and clean environment too. 5/5 SERVICE: Very smooth check in process with room cards working as expected. We were even provided with a free pass for ALL Hamburg buses and trains (U and S). This was an unexpected benefit which meant the trip back to the airport was covered. Staff were helpful and no issues to mention 5/5 If you are looking for a well located place to stay as a B&B in Hamburg, this hotel is a good option.

So I stayed here a few nights (twice) on business, it's tucked away down a side street nothing outstanding in terms of appearance, it's just another building, with some hidden charm - Staff, attentive and very pleasant, it's got a pretty cozy bar, small but cozy. Sundays seem a little under staffed, but give credit where it's due, the staff work hard to service your needs. Rooms are spacious, clean and well appointed, it does not feel too outdated, it's not 2023 but it's warm and friendly, some rooms come with a fridge, some not. Beds are comfortable and bed linen is top drawer, nice set of toiletries in the bathroom, and the rooms are spotlessly clean, even if a little outdated. Room service is available and is pretty darn good!! I like room service after a busy and long day, and it did not disappoint at all. Prices are extremely reasonable, especially if you compare to a similar holiday inn that boasts 4 stars, the H4 wins hands down on price and quality. Would I go back - most definitely, what attracts me the most..... the price and the room service, to be fair location was close to my business so that was not a major factor for me, however in saying this, there is a well appointed mall and many restaurants nearby and some decent food stores for those midnight snacks......
