Superb resort!!
Have paddy field view rooms !!
They are sustainable!!
The rooms are new and very good!
Less options for veg options also recommend if they can mark it’s a green veg mark for all veg options
Overall a very good stay go for it

The environment is very nice, very beautiful. The service ladies and brothers are very nice. The only downside is that there are too many bugs. The bed sheets don't feel very white, hahahahahaha

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel room was clean great view across the small lake (with turtle) and paddy fields, immaculate and very comfortable. Very clean swimming pool,Dinner offered with a wide variety of food. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and lunch and loved the convenient location ,so beautiful and peaceful, close to major attractions.

We were a group of 4 and booked the deluxe double rooms. We checked in at night after an entire day of sightseeing. The staff checked us in but gave us shabby deluxe triple rooms at the far end of the resort, without any prior intimation. We spent an hour discussing with the staff and agent and only much later the staff apologised and we were given deluxe double rooms, facing the pool and field ahead. The night didn't end here - while changing rooms, their room key broke inside the door! And there was further delay. With a 5.30 am safari meetup time, we barely had any sleep and had opted for the packed vegetarian breakfast as we were vegetarians. However, 2 out of 4 boxes had eggs and chicken sausages! The kettle plug also kept sparking and we required a change. While the upkeep can be improved, what really requires work is hospitality.

A lovely place to stay service was amazing food was excellent, rooms was very nice, clean and comfortable. All the staff couldn’t do enough for us and would like to thank them for their hospitality, I would definitely recommend, Pool looks inviting but unfortunately we didn’t get to use this due to our schedule.

We spended a weekend in Kithala resort.It was grate.After a ride of 8 hours we reached Kithala resort.The rooms were grate.The rooms were clean. The pool was big and clean. There was Sri Lankan style food.And the price is grate.the staff was very kind.And the padi field were beautiful.and it was very quiet.

Such a beautiful hotel!! The rooms, dining area, swimming pool were all amazing. The staff is very kind, friendly and helpful. The food was very tasty and fresh. The hotel is perfect for visiting the Yala National Park. Would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful hotel and very clean rooms. We had the best sleep after a long adventurous week in Sri Lanka. The staff were very attentive and made sure all our different needs were met. A special shoutout to Amali who took care of our dietary needs during dinner and breakfast.

Kithala Resort staff welcomed us with a drink and a burning lamp ceremony which was a lovely touch. Our room was on the ground floor with a pool view and the view was once again different but serene. A rice field was opposite a small pond just beyond our pool - The terrain was flat and then beyond was the national park. Our room was clean and the bed comfortable and the staff were helpful. Other than that the meal was great and a birthday cake was made for our friend celebrating a milestone birthday. A pleasant stay.
