A very nice clean room in the Safari, near the Yala Safari gate (not the main one). A very polite and pleasant staff, the food was tasty and we saw a varan near our house. The stay was very nice, thank you so much!

The room was clean, cozy, and had a forest view. Staff were friendly and quick to provide assistance. The dishes provided were decent. It was fair value for the location. I’d recommend it for a short stay.

Avoid this hotel. The rooms don't have the basic amenities you need and the environment is extremely simple. To be honest, I can understand the price in Yala. But the sheets and quilt were dirty, and my skin was allergic when I woke up the next day. If you are going to Yala, choose another hotel, don't book this one!

After some discussion, they added two beds to the other room free of charge and refunded the room fee. Honestly, even in a foreign country with limited communication, the hotel was very proactive in addressing and resolving the issue. It was a heartwarming experience, and it made our nights in the bush even more reassuring. 😌 Also, their dinner was delicious and reasonably priced. (We arrived late, so unfortunately, we didn't get to take any photos of the hotel.)
