Otelin en güçlü kısmı mutfak/restoran. Bu kısımda herkes vizör vızır çalışıp harika yemekler sunup ortamı düzenliyor. Sorun yaşadığınızda Şef Şenel Hanım’a ulaşabilirsiniz. Asyalı kadın masörlerden masajı mutlaka tavsiye ediyorum. Maalesef termal suyu 20 derece civarı bir ılıklıkta. Otel ana yoldan 5 dk uzaklıkta olduğu için toplu taşıma ile gelenler için alıp bırakma servisi yapmalı. Çay saatindeki kek çeşitleri azaltılıp kurabiye yapılabilir

Easy to reach, comfortable beds, Super helpful and kind staff, amazing food! Rooms are clean. Various and delicious food. We came with the family and perfect for the families. Price is very good for this service. Definitely will visit again.

The price for pools varies daily and isn't fixed. I found this place quite expensive, especially the food. The green areas are poorly maintained, with rubbish flying around. Overall, it's disappointing. It can be improved a lot with a little effort.

Very comfy beds and good size room. Stayed 1 night but will definetely return to try other facilities. I was in a hurry so could not use any of the facilities that were appealing.

We were on the road for 8 hours. When we arrived all we wanted was clean rooms and a good time for the family. We placed our luggages in the rooms. We asked for connected rooms as we have little children and we wanted the family to stay together. Unfortunately they were not understanding of the situation even though in our booking we mentioned connected rooms ONLY. Anyhow, we went for a meal and got changed to go for swimming as the kids needed a stretch. My husband and two kids (boy and girl) were going for the swim. They weren’t allowed to stay together as my 8 years old is too old for the men’s pool. They don’t have a family pool!!! On their website, they have a picture of a family in a pool together but in reality they had us separated. So another point for not being family friendly. We wanted to make the best of our stay. One of the rooms smelled like cigarettes so we asked for it to be cleaned. No one showed up even though we called more than once. At 7pm we just gave up. We all stayed in one room and payed for the other room even though we couldn’t use it. I mentioned to the reception that I have allergies and can’t stay in a room with cigarettes smell. I don’t think it is fair we were charged for the room when it was not ready for us to use it and they won’t even come and check the room. I really don’t recommend this hotel for any family looking to have a good time “together”.

The Hilas Thermal Resort & Spa was an excellent experience. We stayed in the Terrace Room, which had an enormous balcony offering wonderful views. The room was beyond spacious and incredibly clean. The staff provided good service, particularly to me as an English speaker, and were happy to assist. Unfortunately, as we arrived very late in the evening we could not take advantage of the spa services, but the amenities looked incredible and I wish we had been able to stay longer. The hotel itself was easy to locate off a main highway using Google Maps. I recommend staying here.

Hilas otele 3. gelişim. tekrar yine tercih ederim. konum olarak samsuna yakin bir mesafede. odalar temiz ve genis. olmasi gereken hersey var. yemekleri cok güzel. personeller guleryuzlu ve yardimsever. her geldigimizde severek konakladigimiz bir otel. gonül rahatligiyla gelip kalabilirsiniz. fiyat performansina gore cok cok iyi.

11 nisan da kardan yolların kapandığı günde gittik. Jakuzili oda da çocuklar oynasın diye orayı tercih ettik. Jakuzi balkondaydı ve şöminesi vardı. şömineyi çok iyi yakmamıza rağmen balkon sıcacık olmadı, jakuzinin suyu çok sıcaktı ama gene de çocuklar üşür diye giremediler. Jakuzili odada kalmamızın bir anlamı olmadı. Jakuzi temizliği çok daha iyi olması gerekiyordu. hava bayağı soguktu biraz daha sıcak olsa sorun olmazdı sanırım. ama kış ayinda gidecekler bunu bilipte gitmeli. oda genel olarak temizdi , yemekleri de açık büfe çok çeşit olmasa da lezzetliydi güzel sayılır. personellerde güler yüzlü normal idi. tek sorun otel de soğuk su olmamasıydı çok tuhaf. çocuklar havuzda güzelce yüzdü
