Our 3 nights spent at this ryokan was comfortable even though the property is a but dated. The staff were most helpful and attentive. Kuwaba san helped me to locate my bag that i had left behind at the car rental agency. When he overheard that it was our wedding anniversary, he took the initiative to take a photo and present us with a nice momento. The food was excellent - always fresh, delicious, nicely presented and the portions ample. Overall it was a memorable stay!

First time at Hamamatsu, most enjoyable little quiet town, has a very small nearby beach area. Ryokan was nice, rooms a bit old but the nightly dinner was the best we ever had in Japan Ryokans for past 10 years! Only minus is the beddings a bit old and Hamamatsu is a very small town.

部屋は広く清潔感もあり、料理も質、量ともに満足でした。 大浴場は露天部分が狭く、混雑時は厳しい。 温泉ではないが貸切風呂は良かった。 ある予約サイトには「ハイクラス」の表示があるが・・・ 出迎え見送りなし、料理の提供時や食器を下げる時の雑さがとても気になり不快だった。 良い口コミが多いのはなぜ？ シーズンオフ、近くのアミューズメント施設も休みの時だったのでスタッフの数を減らしたのかと疑問の残る滞在だった。

コロナ流行後、初の温泉宿泊旅行でした。綺麗な景色、美味しいお食事、気持ちの良い温泉、どれも贅沢な時間でした。時期的に他のお客様が少なく、大浴場もほぼ貸し切り状態でした。貸し切り風呂も利用しましたが、貸し切りの割に脱衣所が広くて良い意味でビックリ。景色も良かったです。（ロープウェイ等見えますので、女性の利用は少し不安を感じるかも） お寺も神社も近く、お宿から歩いて行けます。両方とも小高い山の上にありますので、運動不足の自分にとっては良い運動になりました。 素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

目の前が浜名湖で部屋からの風景が素晴らしいです。舘山寺の観音様も綺麗に見えました。大浴場の入浴時間がもう少し長いと嬉しいです。
