予約の行き違いがありましたがすぐに対応してしてしださり
とても助かりました。泊まった日はあいにくの雨で到着も少し遅くなったのであまり見えなかったのですが、翌日の朝は晴れていたので部屋から浜松城も見えて景色も良かったです。朝食会場も清潔感があり気持ちよく食べることができました。全体的に快適に過ごせたと思います。

受付のとき、都合により部屋変更をしてもらいましたが、スタッフが丁寧な対応で安心して楽しむことができました。朝ビッフェでがひつまぶしもあったりで、子どもが食べれるものも多くとても良かったです。 部屋から見える浜松城も最高でした。

お城側のお部屋で窓から浜松城が見れました。
夜にはライトアップされ、日中とは違った景色が見れて良かったです。
今回はツインで簡易ベッドを入れてもらって3人で泊まったので少し狭かったですが、ベッドのマットレスは好みの固さでよかったです。

一人旅でしたが、浜松城が見える部屋で、シングルルームではなくツインの広めのお部屋にしてくださり、ゆったり過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。夕食を18階でうな重を頂こうと思い、18時頃行ったら予約で席が埋まってるとのことで、15分ほど待ちました。予約なしで大丈夫そうなことが書いてあったのに、だったら予約した方がよかったなぁと思いました。お茶やコーヒーが自由に飲めてよかったです。アメニティも必要な物だけとれるので十分でした。また行く機会があればまた泊まりたいホテルとなりました。
