Hotel Harvest Hamanako

The annual Kansai-Kanto joint tennis training camp was held at this hotel as usual🎾 Originally, it was held in March, but due to a one-sided mistake on the hotel side, we had no choice but to hold it in April, but there were a large number of participants. (´;ω;`)UｩｩOn the first day, it was raining, so I could only play tennis for about an hour, and until the rain stopped, I played a table tennis tournament at a nearby bowling alley🏓　This was a really fun indoors, so I was sweating I got drenched (laughs) It stopped raining in the evening, so I'm looking forward to playing tennis for an hour until the annual BBQ 🍻 It's fun to drink various 🍺 at the BBQ here, but the BBQ itself is It's not a very good food, so I don't have much to eat every year, so I have to drink beer and wine 💦 After enjoying the BBQ, relax in the open-air bath in the large public bath, then drink in the room by gender 🍻 The snacks are this. It's a substitute for dinner on the day. It's going to be the center 💦 The vegetable curry has no richness and is too tasteless. . . Potage is canned food, but there is nothing you can eat only natto or salad in NG Honma. . . The second day was sunny, but the wind was like a typhoon. The bento lunches at the training camp are always the most delicious at the training camp (・∀・) I like it!! It seems that they put it in the moon✊✊✊ Originally, all of us should have received an apology from the hotel on that day, but there was nothing but resentment and a sense of distrust towards this hotel. This is a membership hotel. . . This is a hotel with excellent service and food. It is possible overseas ~~~ Next year I will consider and change the hotel. It's just convenient from the east and west. It is a disappointing hotel for Honma. . .

I was originally a member of Harvest, but I had never stayed at Lake Hamana, so I chose it because it was included in the tour. Breakfast and dinner were included, and it was a course. Harvest has renovated its old facilities many times, but this one still has a long way to go. The room was quite spacious, with a lake view and a bay window, but the furniture was worn out here and there. I'm used to the oldness of Harvest and the lack of cleaning, but I was surprised at how old the bath in the room was. The large bath and the changing room were small, like a business hotel. The bathroom was quite large. Oh, it's not a hot spring. If it was a hot spring, I could compromise, but I wonder how old it is for boiled water. The website said that the bath will be renovated. It's a low-rise hotel, but the elevator is hard to find and is made very wide to the side. The good thing about the dinner was the course, but it was delicious. It seems that it would be 5,500 yen if you pay properly. And the front desk staff was kind. It's a shame that we were pushed into a room in the back because it was a tour, and I wonder if it's okay to push a group into a room during the coronavirus pandemic. My impression was that it was familiar to me as it was a Harvest that I am used to, but I would like to see it renovated.

ぶっちゃけ、くたびれ感は否めないです。しかし、奥浜名湖の眺望はよいし、大浴場はあるし、お部屋は広いし、レイクフロント和洋室を一泊朝食付き一人利用で14000円なら、まぁ妥当なところかな、と思いました。過去の口コミにあったスタッフの対応の悪さは改善されたようで、特に問題はありませんでした。 昼食にご馳走を食べたので、ホテルレストランのコースの夕食は食べきれないと思い、夕食はつけませんでしたが、館内に自販機コーナーがあり、スナックやカップ麺があったので便利に使いました。ちなみに周辺にコンビニはありません。 朝食は最近リニューアルしたようで、シティホテルレベルにはなっていました。ただ、「ライブキッチン」と言いながら、*料理がフレンチトーストのみだったのは残念でした。普通のライブキッチンって、オムレツ・目玉焼き・エッグベネディクトくらいのラインナップはありますよね？ あと…お部屋のお風呂の床タイルの目地がカビだらけでした。私は大浴場を使ったので、部屋風呂のことはまぁいいんですけどね。とはいえ、ちょっと不潔すぎるかと…。客の多くは大浴場を使うので、部屋風呂の掃除はいい加減なのかも？ と、まぁ、難点はいくつかありましたが、眺望のよさでカバーされて、★３つです。

古い建物ですがリューアルされ、部屋も広くて綺麗でその点については満足しています。 けれど部屋に入って早々、洗面台、枕元、そして冷蔵庫の中に髪の毛。 そして冷蔵庫の中にも汚れ。 一気にお部屋に満足した事が冷めました。 そして何よりフロントの対応の悪さ。 年配の見た目支配人？のような中年の男性。 雨が降ってきたので傘を借りようとフロントに聞きに行ったら、フロントにその男性が1人だけ。 何か下を向いて作業をしていて、こちらがフロントに向かっても顔もあげもしない。声をかけても下を向いたまま「はい」と回答して、傘の場所を聞いても下を向いたまま傘の方向を指をさし「あちらです」 こんな酷いフロントの対応は初めてです。 値段がリーズナブルとはいえ、こんな三流以下のフロントはあったことがありません。 よって二度と泊まりません。
