This is a very detailed and decent hot spring hotel. The staff of super friendly and helpful. The dining is traditional Japanese style and excellent. The view is very nice and I definitely recommend to my friends

接客は全般的に良い印象でした。
チェックインの時、朝食の時など、温かみのある接客で対応いただきました。
施設は老朽化が進んでおり、部屋付きのお風呂は使えるしろものではありませんでした。逆に大浴場の使用時間が長かったので、そちらを利用させていただきましたが、大浴場も改装前という感じ。

1階にエスカレーターはあるが普段上向き使用なので2階からロビーに降りる手段が階段だけ。
4階の部屋から6階の浴場に行くエレベーターまでの導線が長過ぎる。風呂場のトイレは和風で良い雰囲気なのに、洗浄便座でないのが残念です。
風呂場に給水設備が欲しい。露天風呂は絶景で最高です。部屋のトイレが総タイル張りなので非常に寒いです。朝食のサービスのカレーは絶品で是非アピールする方が良いと思います。

客室からの浜名湖の眺めはよいが、設備や環境は大いにガッカリだった。空気清浄機はなく、窓に網戸もなく換気の配慮がなかった。古い小型の冷蔵庫はモーターがうるさく夜はコンセントを抜いた。館内節電中とあったが、薄暗いことで施設の老朽化が目立った気もする。

建物、部屋は少し年代を感じた。
1階〜２階がエスカレーター、２階〜エレベーター。1階からエレベーターが有れば良いなぁと思った。
18時までのウエルカムドリンクは嬉しかった。19時くらいまで延長して頂ければ更に嬉しい。
大浴場の眺めが良い。
大浴場に冷水機が欲しい。
朝食のカレーが美味しかった。
和定食も良かった。

口コミを見て鞠水亭を選びました。浜名湖の目の前にありロケーションは最高です。チェックイン前でしたが、快く荷物を預かっていただきました。建物自体は古いです。部屋には生花が飾ってあり素敵でした。ウェルカムドリンクとして、フリードリンクでした。お部屋にお茶はありましたが、袋入りの粉茶だったので、せっかく静岡にきたのだから茶葉からのお茶があると良かったです。お風呂のお湯はぬるめです。脱衣場は暗いですが、浴室は浜名湖が一望できます。しかし内風呂に蜂が沈んでいたり、露天風呂は細かい虫が無数に浮いていて、浸かると体に虫がついてとても不快でした。そのため温泉は一度しか入りませんでした…虫は立地上、仕方ないと思うので虫取り網があると良かったです。食事は量が多く残してしまいましたが、普通に美味しかったです。刺身は新鮮でしたし、胡麻豆腐は絶品でした。締めの鯛めしも味が良く、お行儀悪いですが、ほうじ茶をかけて頂いたら、更に美味しかったです。朝食はハーフバイキングで、主食や味噌汁、カレーがおかわり自由でした。おかずはご飯に合うものばかりで種類豊富でした。

両親のお祝いをするために、３世代、３家族で利用しました。 個室宴会場で大変良いお祝いができました。料理はとても美味しかったです。 足腰が弱っている両親にはベッド付きの部屋を予約しましたが、部屋は並びで部屋割りも大変よかったため、滞在中は大変有意義に過ごせました。部屋の設備はメンテナンスが行き届いており、よかったです。部屋からは浜名湖が一望でき、眺望はよかったです。部屋は広く、ゆったり過ごせました。
