It is close to the south exit of Hamamatsu Station and has excellent access.
Check-in is done using an automated machine, which was a little tedious to enter information into, but I managed it without any problems.
The room is of standard business hotel specifications.
The breakfast menu had many elaborate and creative dishes, and I thought that the standard fare would have been fine, but the food was delicious.

In addition to being in a great location, just a two-minute walk from the station, there were several convenience stores nearby, making it very convenient to get to my destination.
