Location of hotel is very good, next to Bentenjima Garden. Can relax by the Lake which is part of the garden. But the hotel suggested parking in the car park of the garden which will be charged 410 yen each time your car exits the parking area. The hotel also offers the big bath and everyone will be charged 150 yen no matter you use the service or not. Breakfast is quite good.
Rooms and hotel environment are a bit old. Cleanness should be improved.

We stayed with our family of four. The building is old, but the Japanese-style room was clean and comfortable. The view from the room was great. The breakfast buffet was okay. The porridge and whitebait were delicious. The Bentenjima pudding was rich.

The location is great. We booked for 3 people but there were 6 beds. There was no explanation of where to have toothbrushes, WiFi, or breakfast.

The food was a little salty. It was delicious. Also, the reason they upgraded our room was because there was a group of Chinese people. The room was very nice. However, I didn't want to eat with them, so I wish they would change the time. It was noisy, people were eating while standing, putting drinks in water bottles, and the tongs were messy...

The scenery is excellent, the staff's service is excellent, and the room is a bit old. Half of the room price is due to the sea view, and the subway station is less than 100 meters across the road, which is a bonus.

The ocean view from the room was amazing. The sunset is especially beautiful.
It is thoroughly cleaned and you can spend your time comfortably. The hot springs were very comfortable and I felt like I was at a resort. We also recommend taking a bath in the morning and taking a walk along the beach in front of the hotel.
