This hotel was stunning, rooms, view, food and staff were 5 star. Trang was amazing and helped us with suggestions on where to go in the city and we were very pleased. They changed money for us multiple times with no hesitation. Helped us organise taxis, and were over all so helpful and friendly. Breakfast was lovely with a huge variety of food. Shower was probably one of the best we have had in vietnam ...hot water great pressure amd spotless.

Đoàn mình được hỗ trợ check in sớm hoàn toàn miễn phí. Các bạn nhân viên đều thân thiện, nhiệt tình. Nhà mình có đi theo gợi ý các quán ăn ngon mà bạn lễ tân chỉ. Đồ ăn đều ngon, giá cả phải chăng. Phòng ốc hiện đại, sạch sẽ, đầy đủ tiện nghi. Điều hòa 2 chiều, Nóng lạnh 24/24. Mình không nghĩ với mức giá tương đối thấp mà chọn được phòng ở một khách sạn chất lượng như vậy. Nhất định mình sẽ chọn Halios cho chuyến đi tới Hl lần tới

Such a good hotel, staff there are friendly and treats you like family. The view is beautiful and the pool and bar is a 10/10. The rooms are big and clean. Surrounded by many restaurants and only a 5 minute drive to the beach

The room is spacious, clean and the hotel itself is also very nice. Although they could varies the buffet food choices more for a better experience. The staff are very helpful with all of our concerns and we had a good stay at the hotel despite it is our first time here.

All aspects of the hotel are great. According to the vegetable market, fruit market, seafood market are very close. It's not far from the sea, and the sea view is good. Cost-effective. Beauty Ruan, who can speak Chinese, has a warm service and answers every question. Help us book tickets to Halong Bay and bus tickets back to Mangshi. The prices are reasonable. Halong Bay is very worth visiting, but it must be visited in good weather. We do have good weather.

Stay 2 days 1 night, good service, clean and fragrant room, large bathroom, enough amenities. Hotel reception staff: enthusiastic (ms Yen) when consulting rooms and welcoming, thoughtful support. Great experience at the top hotel Ha Long ♥️. Stepping into the hotel door, what impressed me and my wife the most was the way the receptionist named Vy and bellman Hiep helped me and I check in very enthusiastically. Another plus point is that the rooms are clean and fully equipped. I had a warm birthday at ksan.

Service is very good, staff is kind, breakfast is good, the villa room CP value is high. It is not far from the night market and theme park, walking can be, the only drawback is that there is no dressing table.

The scene was so beautiful with mountain backdrops and peaceful design. There are many options for soaking with different temperatures & setting. The amenities were clean, well kept, and plentiful. The staff were polite & helpful. The lunch buffet offered many hot & cold options. We really enjoyed the Himalayan heat rock & the cold room. We were told it was not as busy compared to the weekends or Holidays, but it was hard to truly relax in the common area, especially the soaking area. It appeared that keeping quiet reminder was not re-enforced by the staff. There were so many guests who conversed so loudly. We had to request these guests several times to respect the keep quiet rule in the steam rooms. In addition, we found it quite regretful witnessing many guests spitting everywhere, not respecting the shared environment. We also saw several guests in inappropriate attire- a few men just wore their underwear instead of the required swim trunk/suit. We found the beautiful environment being tainted by people who disrespected common courtesy which was not re-enforced for the full experience. We will need to re-consider going back.

The hotel apartment has just been opened so there are too many things to say. The room is beautiful, the view is beautiful, the toilet equipment is high-class BUT both the toilets I rented are blocked, the smell is terrible, making me very limited to the toilet. Booked here but no swimming pool is used. If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to pay an extra 700k / room / day. I booked on Saturday, Mon, on a peak day, so the check-in time is quite long, there is no room for the car, so I have to park it on the road, it is quite inconvenient to rain. This area is deserted, far from the center of Sun World, so nightlife is quite limited.
