The room is very clean, tidy and elegant. It has a large terrace with a view of Halong Bay. The breakfast is especially delicious and rich. The hotel service staff are all smiling and can communicate in English. There is a food street not far from the hotel. The seafood is very fresh and tastes surprisingly delicious. The food and scenery are unforgettable. If I have the opportunity to stay in this hotel again in the future, the experience is really wonderful.

"The worst hotel ever: Upon arrival, the reception was very unprofessional and impolite. We had two people in a room, but they only provided one key. I asked for an extra key, but they said that it would cost $5. I pointed out that if my travel companion went out with the room key and I didn't have one to open the room, what would I do? They didn't respond, just demanded the deposit. The second issue was when I called reception at night for a bottle of water because I was feeling unwell and needed it for medication. Instead of asking how I was doing, they asked me to pay for the water. Then they told me that because we were only staying for two nights, there would only be one bottle provided, and if we stayed longer, they would send more. I was shocked! When I asked for help cutting fruits at the restaurant, the staff simply said "I don't know, sorry." It's ridiculous that this is considered a 4-star hotel."
