The Hotel is great, luxurious and very clean and comfortable. Good food and services. Perhaps for some far from overcrowded and far to noisy Ha Long central city, leisure parc’s and extreme noisy beaches. But that’s what we liked most, quite, nearly no sounds or noises. We had a inconvenient, which was solved on a superb way, full focus on the guest/client.

Hotel with beautiful views, excellent facilities and incredible infinity pool but all that loses importance when the Staff is so unpleasant and uncooperative Breakfast is 100% Vietnamese without European options. In the restaurant the waiters do not help you at all and at the reception they hardly speak English A pity because it could be a great hotel if they changed their customer service policy a little
