I just can give 4 stat both for the hotel level and review. It's a new open hotel. Everything is good. But it's not really 5 stat hotel. The swimming pool and gym are maintained during my stay. Suna room can't be used as well. So it's not worth.
I can't understand why the AC restricted the heat function in winter. It's really amazing!!!

It is a new hotel and reasonably priced. The staff are very friendly and polite. The room is clean with nice layout. The breakfast is great.

This is a hotel which besides the best restaurant and cafe in Halong. You can just walk for 50 meters to arrive the places to enjoy your time for whole day.
The hotel’s room is large and clean, and there is a balcony which you can see the sea view by 270degree.

The room is very clean and you can see the sea. The newly renovated one is different. The service attitude is also very good. The cable car was booked by the hotel for us, which is very convenient. Luggage can be stored for free. It is also convenient to go out and play. You can walk to the cable car.
