Everything was fine except the balcony door. The door was open and when it rained heavily the wind blew in making a terrible noise that kept us awake.

The apartment itself is great. Very clean and modern. The building is huge and great. However the facilities such as the pool and gym are extra. They charge 150k Dongs per person. As for the location it’s located in the middle of nowhere. Even the grab food drivers do not deliver there

All things are awesome. The artificial beach so close to the hotel.
Facilities look very new and are equipped fully.

Guests came to check in but had to walk around and wait 15 minutes because they arranged the wrong room and had to wait for another room to be cleaned. The management's working style is not professional and distinguishes between foreigners and Vietnamese. The bathroom sink is also clogged
