First of all, it was nice because it was close to the sea, and the breakfast buffet was decent.

New hotel, clean, beautiful sea view and panoramic sea view. Swimming pool with panoramic view and jacuzzi. If I go again, I will choose this hotel again

The hotel location is not easy to access. However, it is quiet and has a good view. It is still under construction due to typhoon damage. Extra beds are expensive. Breakfast is poor.

After about 20 minutes, he asked if I could leave. The guy asked how many rooms I had. So I have been waiting for nothing?

It’s as if he’s standing alone in a vacant lot. But the view from the pool and room is magnificent! The room is gorgeous, even has a balcony. A little expensive but worth it!

Because it is a newly opened hotel, it is still very new and has a quality view. Everything is clean and tidy. But check in and check out are too many procedures and the wait is a bit long. Anyway, I had a very satisfying vacation here❤️

Good location and the hotel is in a very convenient location. Nearby Halong Bay. The rooms are spacious. We were provided with a full set of hygiene supplies. Breakfast is amazing. Thanks to the staff for promptly resolving issues. I give it 5 stars.

Hotel rooftop swimming pool maintenance😭

The price is a bit expensive in the off-season. However, the hotel was newly opened in 2023 and the hardware facilities are very good. Especially the infinity pool on the top floor, the scenery is first-class and the best view. The room is also very large.

The hotel apartment has just been put into operation, so there are still many things worth mentioning. The room is beautiful, nice view, high-class sanitary equipment BUT both bathrooms in the house I rented had open manholes and a terrible smell that made me have to limit my access to the toilet. Booked a room here but did not get to use the swimming pool. If you want to use the swimming pool, you have to pay an additional 700k/room/day. I booked on Saturday, a peak day on Sunday, so the check-in time was quite long, there was a lack of parking space so I had to leave it on the street, it was quite inconvenient in the rain. This area is deserted, far from Sun World center, so nightlife entertainment is quite limited.

There was a charge for the pool. I was surprised that there was a charge for the pool in this class. An additional 3,000 yen is required. There is nothing around the hotel. You must provide your own food. Breakfast also costs about 3,000 yen per person. The gym wasn't open yet. These are the impressions of Japanese people. The service is not good so don't expect much. I waited for a long time without saying anything that check-out was completed. The box is good though. The service is below that of a business hotel.
