We need to COMPLAIN about the services we received from the reception desk.
We stayed here for 3 nights. The last night was a nightmare. We asked for bottle water three times and were told by the receptionist (a lady ) to drink tap water. She also lied to us saying there were no more bottle water. She later asked us to get down to get bottle water, I rejected and she said you won’t get water if you don’t get down.
I paid a lot to stay in the hotel to get service that I deserve. We don’t pay to be taught. No one should tell me what to do when I’m in a hotel and I don’t break any rules. We just want get the service that we deserve.
The receptionist lied to us. Hanged up my phone strong and quickly. It was a big shock to me and caused my anxiety. I was not able to sleep that night and was afraid she might kick us out.
I highly NOT recommend anyone to stay in this hotel in the future. Or that reception lady apologize to me directly. It’s not worth the price to stay in town. Lack of dinner choices (only the pricy hotel restaurant), bad weather, bad bad bad services.
Hope everyone be treated well. Not shitty like our last night. Ruined by a bottle of water and lied by people here. Damn…
