I'm very disappointed about the situation that happened in DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & SPA. I came to the hotel late, about 23:30. The main entrance and all the other backdoors were closed. No one was sitting at the reception desk to let me in. There was a tiny note on the main doors saying that if you're late and want to get in, call the number. I was calling multiple times for about 30 minutes, but no one answered. I left two voice messages hoping someone would call me back —nothing like that happened. I had to spend that chilly night in the car. The next day, I described the whole situation to the receptionists, and the only remark he made was "we're sorry", that's it, he didn't try to understand what had happened, why no one answered the phone, just sorry... I have a feeling that it's not something that I would expect more from 4 stars Hotel. So, therefore, I can not recommend DIEDRICH Wellnesshotel & SPA.

Ich kann meine Begeisterung kaum in Worte fassen. Der Aufenthalt war einfach perfekt. Die Begrüßung war schon absolut freundlich und wir erhielten Tipps für eine Rundwanderung. Das Zimmer war schon vor der eigentlichen Zeit beziehbar. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber. Es lag zur Straße hin. Deswegen war es früh am Morgen schon sehr laut. Das ist aber der einzige Punkt, den ich als negativ benennen kann. Der Saunabereich ist sehr schön und großzügig. Besonders zu erwähnen ist die außergewöhnlich leckere Küche. Ich habe selten sowas Tolles gegessen. Es passte einfach alles.

Wunderschöne Auszeit im Wellnesshotel. Wir sind zum 2. Mal in diesem traumhaften Hotel gewesen und haben bereits wieder gebucht. Unglaubliche Sauberkeit, extrem freundliche Mitarbeiter und herausragende Küche geben mir als Gast ein willkommenes Gefühl. Vielen Dank dass Sie den 60. Geburtstag meines Mannes zu einem sehr schönen Erlebnis gemacht haben.

Wir waren im Rahmen des Silvester-Arrangements zum ersten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu Gast. Vom sehr schönen Dachzimmer zur Talseite über das freundliche und engagierte Personal, das sehr gute Essen , die wundervolle Spa- und Saunaanlage sowie das herrliche Ambiente der ganzen Hotelanlage haben wir alles genossen. Wer Körper und Geist mal so richtig verwöhnen lassen möchte, ist hier richtig aufgehoben. Hallenberg bietet sowohl im Winter als auch sicherlich eine gute Aufenthaltsqualität. Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung nach Marburg oder Winterberg sind von hier einfach machbar.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderbaren Hotel. Es ist einfach traumhaft. Das Ambiente, die Wellnesslandsschaft, das Essen und die Mitarbeiter. Wer hier irgendetwas zu meckern findet, dem ist nicht mehr zu helfen. Ich habe schon fürs nächste Mal gebucht.
