WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE!💕💕💕 We are a family of 5 (two parents, and kids aged 20, 17 and 12) and had an absolutely fantastic time. The staff are so accommodating and so very kind and friendly, which really made the trip. We went all inclusive, and the food/drinks were delicious, with so much range. The wine is sooo tasty and nothing is watered down. The sea view from the restaurant is very wholesome. The pool is perfect, it’s so big and there are enough sunbeds for everyone. The main bar (there is another in the lobby) is right next to it, so the drinks are always flowing, and the music is not at all loud or overbearing. There are tennis courts, a pool table and table tennis, as well as a gym. The resort itself is situated on the beach, which was our favourite pastime. The water is so clear, it is so quiet and peaceful (it is very rural), and we would definitely recommend buying a snorkel, as on the right side of the beach especially, there are SO many fish, it’s incredible! The hotel have a few dogs, who are so sweet and friendly, we became very attached to them! The rooms are simple but lovely, and are cleaned every day, and the sea view even more so. (Within the British grading system, it is more so a 3/4* hotel, but that doesn’t take away from just how wonderful this resort is.) We went too early in the season (end of May) for the entertainment and the kids club, but I believe that starts beginning of June. We would recommend getting a hire car if you fancy going on excursions or day trips, to allow freedom of travel. There is a bus to thessaloniki, but it’s nearly 3 hours! With our hire car, we visited Dion and Mt Olympus, Thessaloniki, Ouranoupolis for A Mount Athos Boat Tour (AMAZING) and the local town Neo Skione. Special Thanks to the management team and staff for making our stay so special❤️❤️❤️.

Excellent trip for my mum, sister and I very friendly staff and very helpful especially when we needed to get around. Panos and Illias delivered great customer service. Best place to go if you want peace and quiet. The location is quiet bit nice.

We only arrived today so this review is a first impression. The reps were easy to find on our arrival but the coach pick up was a little late. The ‘coach’ was a minibus in which a third of the seats were damaged such that the backs gave way if you leant on them. There was also extremely limited leg room. However, the driver was friendly and efficient. The entrance to the hotel is very smart and check in was easy. The location is super for the beach and the pool area is spacious. But the whole place looks tired. Wood is scratched or, outside, rotting; bar pumps need polishing and the bathroom needs a significant deep clean/modernisation/tidy up. Repairs to decor in the room are untidy and the minibar contained two bottles of water! I’m also not sure why we can’t be trusted with glasses by the pool, with very cheap plastic being used instead. However, the staff are helpful, most things are included in ‘all-inclusive’ and what is not, is specified on arrival. UPDATE - after our initial impressions, the holiday has been great. The meals are varied and delicious with the chef meeting me daily to check on what I can/cannot eat because of food allergies. The waiting staff are great and always happy to help. We went on an excursion to Thessaloniki today which was well planned and very enjoyable with time to ourselves as well as some guided aspects. The spa facility, which costs extra, is a real bonus with jacuzzi, steam room, sauna and a small pool (unheated) for just us for 2 hours (€20 per person). Looking forward to massages tomorrow. The pool bar has a good atmosphere in the evening with a large selection of drinks being included in our deal. Beach towels can be borrowed with a small deposit and staff are happy to change them for fresh ones when needed. Although the room is tired, it is cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. It was even done on Tuesday when there was a regional power cut for several hours. So - no it is not 5* as others have said but once you accept it for what it is (I think TUI needs to review its rating) it’s brilliant and we are already planning to come again as soon as possible.

We booked this Hotel through Travel Zoo going all inclusive, a last minute deal, seven nights inc flights. We had read the reviews on Trip Advisor so weren't expecting too much. Overall it wasn't that bad. Our room was advertised as having mountain view, if you looked beyond the car park and recycling bins there was a hill. The room was basic but clean, housekeeping came in every day, made the bed and changed the towels regularly. Problem with the room was it had a connecting door, it was poorly insulated, we could hear every word and sound our neighbours made and I'm sure they could hear us. Spoke to the manager, he said some new people were coming into the room next to us and they would be quieter! The bathroom was very dated, shower over the bath with a shower curtain. No matter how hard we tried the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower, bottom edge of the bathroom door was rotten. The food in the buffet restaurant was, ok, cooked food was at best tepid or cold, it was a place to eat, not dine. The pool area was spacious and clean, at the time of our visit we were plagued by flys around the whole area of the pool, beach and restaurant. One of our personal hates was all drinks, including beer, wine, cocktails etc etc, are served in thin cheap plastic cups, this included the lounge / reception area. I can only imagine this is a cheap option for the hotel, no collecting and washing glasses. The only exception was when you were sitting in a restaurant when you were trusted with a glass. All the staff we came into contact with were all polite and helpful, especially the girls in the restaurant. We agree with other reviews that this Hotel is isolated, we hired a car and drove from the airport, about one hour fifteen minutes easy drive. We went out and about in the car, there was nothing to see, Skioni is the nearest place to visit, not the most picturesque place I have ever visited. We visited the north coast, visiting golden beach and the lagoon, very disappointing, the area was busy with wild campers and motor homes. Overall our week was fine, the sun shone, we drank beer and sparkling wine (still wine was horrible) from our plastic beakers and read books. Would we go back, mmmm. No.

Just come back from this hotel! Us and other couples spent half of our holiday on phone complaining to Tui who have this advertised as 5 star! Rubbish - worthy of no more than 2 star! Rooms have sockets falling off, showers leaking - ours had crack in bath which was ‘sealed’ over. Food was horrible - lived on feta cheese and salad all week - not worth all inc charge! All inc snack between lunch and dinner is a sandwich - just a sandwich! Knew hotel was quite isolated but expected a shuttle bus or taxi to nearest village. Cheapest taxi would be €20 one way and no shuttle bus! Car is essential to get out anywhere . Tui rep non existent so no trips available or anyone for advice! Hotel did not even have a Tui tel number . Pool areas never wiped down - sane stains on table and floor all week. Do not waste your money !

Lovely hotel within a scenic area. Hotel rooms are dated but not a problem if you’re not fussy. Very good food for breakfast and lunch but for dinner I would recommend branching out the the local town to try their authentic cuisine. Couldn’t fault the spa, Billie was a pleasure to be around and have an amazing massage that has helped me massively. Not much to do in the area so is definitely a beach/pool holiday. Evening would recommend going to Nea Skioni village. Staff could be more helpful, for instance, they do not want you to get taxis because they want you to rent a 40€ a day car, but we managed to find a local taxi in the town that was happy to take us back and forth to Nea Skioni for 8€ a trip (below are there numbers to use). We also bear in mind that we attended out of season and still managed to have a wonderful trip. Overall lovely if you’re looking for a tranquil long weekend away.

This hotel deserved max a 3* rating as all things are tired. We came here at the beginning of September and there are lots of visitors travelling by cars arriving from the northern border from former estaern block who took tons of foods and did not eat them up just left over ! In the second half of our stay there are more people from the west and situation improved, There is less rushy storm into the restaurant in the evening. Pros: -Pool is good. -Garden is good - Beach is okay - Staff attitudes Cons: - rooms - food - cleaness

we stayed here for 7 days at the end of august. the worst resort i have ever experienced and holiday was ruined. firstly the side of the shower leaks and goes all over the floor we asked for it to get fixed twice but the repair man is absolutely clueless and doesn’t even speak english. he was trying to pretend like the shower was not broken we asked to change room but they did not help. this resort is in the middle of no where you have to get a taxi to go anywhere there are only a couple of small towns nearby that’s it. the front desk staff try lie to you and say there are no taxis to small towns even thought there are. the food is not edible children food was horrid we had to eat chips and ice cream for the week. the air con made 3 of us ill. one of our rooms had a bad mould smell so we demanded to be moved. you have to pay 50 p for a bottle of water. no way a 5 start hotel barely even a 1 star. not suitable for children. bee nests everywhere. rooms are outdated bathroom has mould. i felt discusting showering bescsus the bathrooms are so unhygienic
