This place is run down and dirty, mould everywhere, gutters falling off cabins, TV not working, wifi not available, restaurant not operational, owners locked up and took keys to the toilets at 5 pm so no one had access, owners were rude and abusive. It has nothing going for it at all. Grass was overgrown, mozzies everywhere, pond/ water feature looked like a swamp, ceiling falling down above the bar. Garth and Tina the owners should definitely not be in hospitality no people skills what so ever

What a shame. The owners are obviously cooked & should really move on. If not for the location & the golf course they would not have repeat clientele Garth & Tina are very rude people & should have a look @ their people skills. Treated us & our friends like crap Really put a sour taste towards our weekend away. We had friends stay in villas & to say they were dissatisfied is an understatement, mouldy, filthy , zero wifi, when asked about that, Garth was very condescending & rude. The golf course is in fair condition & needs to be properly maintained, I understand they may have have staffing issues, but who would want to work for these rude people anyway.. All I can say is stay away unless you want to be treated like crap & totally waste your hard earned money by giving it to these people who definitely don’t deserve it. DISGUSTING & DISAPPOINTED.

The cabins needed major work done on the exterior. The bed wasn't that comfortable. The bunks in the lounge are too hard. The oven was filthy. The shower floor needed cleaning. I would only go there as a last resort - especially the money they want for it.

Great place for a catchup. Cabins clean, self contained and everything you need for a weekend away. Meals were amazing beer was cold and good prices. Owners and staff very friendly. Great for families. Walking distance to the beach and swimming net. Bush walking tracks, volleyball, golf and tennis. Lots of room for sitting around and having a drink or 2. Older resort and won’t cost a fortune to stay for the weekend.

Do not Enter!!! Out of desperation and no where else to go we ended up at this unliveable premises. The place is old and smells. Major renovation required just absolutely horrible. Of course you pay up front which is alarming. Many beautiful homes facing the beach, these so called cabins directly behind them. Couldn’t wait to get out, never again.

If I could give a rating less then one I would. Arrived and drove around as the entry was not that visible, this did ring alarm bells and didn’t get any better. Walked up to reception, it was absolutely disgusting broken furniture, there is a pond in the outdoor bistro which had stagnated water, full of mozzies, looked in the bistro, the roof was falling in!! The cabins, walked in and the smell was unbearable, fridge stunk like crap, the curtains had stains from top to bottom, mould everywhere outside, cockroaches were bad. One aircon only in lounge not in bedroom, so wasn’t cool to sleep. Guttering falling off, holes in outside walls. Doors weren’t lockable. Worst of all the beer tasted off, like it had been cooled then gone hot 🤬🤬

We booked into the resort for two nights, but checked out after the first night. I wouldn't put a dog in the room they gave us. Dirt and mould everywhere, filthy torn curtains, which didn't even fit the windows. The furniture hadn't seen any care for about 20 years. Towels, sheets and pillowcases were grey instead of white. No milk or shampoos provided, and they charged $135 a night. On the website, they say there is a restaurant, and there is, but obviously it hasn't been open for years. AND you have to drive a fair distance to a shop to buy food, and it is so expensive, as it is so far from anywhere. The icing on the cake was when we discovered NO SMOKE DETECTORS. I understand that is so illegal. How can they get away with that. DONT go there...
