We were welcomed with glasses of wine at the reception, which made my wife happy. The room with the ocean view was absolutely amazing. It has a separate shower and bath in the washroom, with generous water pressure in the shower head (which is a common issue at many hotels in America). The room service breakfast was fantastic. The dining room downstairs has yummy wagyu steak and an excellent range of wines.

非常好，環境餐飲落日衞生均屬於優秀品質，不出酒店吃吃喝喝兩三天不會膩，下次還是會選擇這個地方，Navio的seaside table一定要提前定，還有酒店的西海岸生蠔特別好吃。

酒店環境一流，新裝修後房間很舒服，是半月灣最美的海岸線和最好的度假酒店。就是辦理入住時碰上一白女前台有些不友善，我們原預訂的是7740元的大床海灣景房，她説是在主樓背面高爾夫球場那邊衹能看到一點海景，如果我們願意多付125美金就可以升到正面海景，我先生按她説的付款了，上樓卻發現是角落的一個雙人房間，而且裏面無沙發、寫字枱，衞生間很大也沒梳理台，給的居然是殘疾人房間。我先生去交涉還騙我們，所有房間都沒有這些傢俱，攜程網上照片是酒店裝修前的，現在房間都一樣，衹能給我們送一個小桌子上來，我們很生氣感覺她這就是故意的，而且是明顯歧視，直接要求找經理投訴並告知了攜程客服，攜程讓我們自己先交涉，幸虧我先生英文很好，據理力爭後成功換了房間並升到有陽台的海景房，後來經理還親自寫了道歉信，這點確實體現了頂級奢華酒店的服務態度，所以給大家提個醒，出國旅遊小心別有用心的種族歧視，碰上這種情況一定要據理力爭。

非常美麗的地點非常美麗的風景，非常豪華的房間，有私人沙灘有美麗的海景和高爾夫球場，還有其他健康設施！玻璃瓶裝水感覺非常潔凈可靠！唯一不足的是我遺留在酒店衣櫃裏的一套衣服還沒有找到！
