Nothing was the good from staff side they are very rude person no one help out to shift the laggage from our car to room. The front desk was not active enough to give any kind of information about restaurant, other facilities, rather did not even ask for any luggage assistance or guidance towards the room also we are facing same problem at check out the luggage boy he is really really rude and unprofessional also the person who taking check out he is very rude and talking very badly with us. The food quality was hilarious, At breakfast timing they are given parathas without masala and they called that aloo paratha. Room condition looks good at first but the washrooms contained rust in all the taps and drain covers were filled with rust. Glasses kept in the washroom felt like it had been days they havent been washed properly. Such a bad experience here. I will never recommend this property to anyone such a pathetic services.

My stay in this hotel really soo awesome staff is so nice food is too good over all I am so happy 😊 check in and check out is smoothly done By front office team I want to appreciate to Pooja and Joshua and vinod bell boy. I will recommend to all.to visit here.

We had the worst experience of my life at the hotel blue sapphire. The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed. It was one of the worst experiences in my life. The staff are terrible and the front desk guys were the worst and indifferent restaurant lady miss deepa she was so arrogant and didn't speak or understand English. Food quality was literally very very bad. Room was dust central, dust had settled everywhere. I want to write more things about the hotel but i think it is a waste of time. Don't go with this hotel blue sapphire

We had a great experience at hotel blue sapphire........All the things are very comfortable. Rooms are very neat and clean. Food services was excellent. Staff was very good and nature was very humble. Good in nature every staff Mr. Deepak bajetha, Sanjay are very helpful.
