Saurabh is perhaps the largest hotel in haldwani. It was born 30 years ago in style. Much of that style remains. I stayed for a night and enjoyed the place. Especially the beautiful landscaping on the second floor. We booked through make my trip with a dinner and breakfast included. We were told that there is no buffet or thali system. One can order a-la-carte. When i ordered mutton biryani at the restaurant, the server said he can serve only chicken biryani in this package. When i asked whether it was possible to pay the difference of price between mutton biryani and chicken biryani, the server said if mutton biryani is ordered, full payment will be charged for this dish. Writing this to let the management know. Whether the management make this adjustment, may be helpful for other guests too. Overall i liked the place. They are required to do better supervision in housekeeping

Having overall a average stay. It's on market so easy access for essential, but if we comes to room ac wasn't working properly and key card system of godrej are bit exhausting they have to do maintenance and if we talk about the food, yes they have good quality food taste but price are bit higher which is one of concern though. Hotel staff is good and supportive no doubt but my feedback is they hv to make sure to ready rooms before guest reach at hotel as they make us wait during check-in * thanks for taking my feedback

Stay at solitude haldwani was money well spent. Exceptionally done rooms & spotlessly clean property. Access to cafeteria for meals was relaxing. Enjoyed a walk on the terrace. Host along-with the staff are respectful & supportive. Definitely to be visited again.
