Very friendly owner, Yoshi, and very helpful. His wife was also very nice.He gave us a lift to the station on our last day as we had already returned the car. Nice to be able to have a private bath and the room was quite comfortable, good value for money. We had breakfast on the last day which was also excellent. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We stayed for 5 nights. The accommodation was so cosy with thoughtful touches kettle, towels changed daily and bed made! Very warm. Fabulous inside and outside bathroom . The dining area nice, but no lounges for relaxing. Walk to many cafes if you can get in!!! Walk to Big Supermarket which is FANTASTIC. Save the best till last.. Yoshi was the most incredible host, so polite, so helpful… gorgeous ,and lovely wife who prepared great breakfast each day. Fabulous !

I couldn't recommend staying here enough! We had the best experience - the hosts are amazingly helpful and always looking out for you. The rooms are so cosy, breakfast is delicious and after a long and cold day of skiing nothing is better than having a private onsen to yourself!! If I come back to Hakuba I will not hesitate to stay here again :)
