Highly recommend this hotel. Great location with easy access to everything. Breakfast has enough choices from both western and Japanese foods and we eat there everyday. Generous shuttle bus time frame to Happo one. Extremely convenient separate dry room available. Hot spring is 5 star. Will definitely come back.

We had a lovely stay! We had a triple room with private bathroom- the room was spacious, clean and warm. The hotel onsen was 100% the highlight of this stay- we visited the onsen post the slopes every day, the onsen has inside and outside baths and slope views! The staff were accomodating, warm and helpful. Breakfast was extensive with traditional Japanese options and also more western options depending on your tastes. About a 10 minute walk to the slopes, and located close to many cute restaurants in Happo Village.

stayed in a Japanese style room with futon. more comfortable than I expected. staff do not speak much English but no major problems with communication as they use a translator app. locker room in the basement for ski gear. indoor and outdoor onsen on the 5th floor. good location near various ski rental and very near car park 6 of happo one. lawsons is not far away either.
