地點位置還算可以！貸切風呂很不錯！因為飯店在施工！服務人員主動給我們折價卷！我覺得是很貼心的安排！要不然剛到飯店門口就看到鷹架工作人員在施工，當下感覺不是很好……

The overall experience staying in Hakuba Highland hotel was amazing! They provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond with all and any requests my friends and I made. They have incredible amenities and it was always very clean. The cherry on top were the amazing views we had from our rooms!

The hotel has a wooden charm about it. It had a very nice onsen which is well managed and with outdoor snow experience. The view from the hotel was amazing, you could see the entire mountain range and valley.It was total bliss. The hotel staff was kind and cooperative.Its located 15 min walk from the station and I would recommend you take that walk as it's very scenic ( if you have less luggage). The breakfast was good and the coffee was very good. I would like to visit this town again someday.The price was a very good value for room and facilities.

ドアの開け閉めの音が大きくて、夜中や早朝に起こされます。禁煙の部屋でしたが、前の客がタバコを吸っていたのか、チェックイン時に芳香剤の臭いがキツくて気持ち悪くなりました。先着順に夕食の時間は決まるので、5時半にチェックインだと夕食は7時半で風呂に 入っても1時間待つので6時半に入ってもよかったです。ビュッフェは種類は多いのですが、全て普通の味で特に美味しいものはありません。値段相応ですかね。夕食が遅いと朝食も遅くて、7時50分から。早くチェックインしてから、夕食と朝食の時間を決めてから出掛けてくるのがいいですね。

白馬駅裏の高台に立つホテルです。建物自体はそこそこ年数が立っているようですが、温泉は２つあり、１つは以前からある日帰り湯兼用のものですが（こちらはシーズンと時間帯により混む）、１つは新たに最近建てたようで綺麗でかつ宿泊者専用なので、混み合わず快適ですし、景色も素晴らしいです。泉質はまあまあですね。八方の温泉のようなぬるぬる感はあまり感じなかったです。また立地的に温泉からもロビーからも白馬連峰の素晴らしい景色が望めます。ここが１つの売りですので、可能なら山側の部屋をお勧めします。もう１つ、食事が良かったです。種類が多く、それぞれ美味しいです。部屋はごく普通のホテルです。エレベータが小さいのが１つで時間帯によっては待つのがちょっとイマイチでした。

２回目の滞在。白馬で山の景観を部屋から見るなら絶対おすすめです。曇っていても、風向き等で見える景色は次々と変化していきますので、一瞬の絶景が期待できます。部屋は古き良き時代のリゾートと言う感じですが、スイスアルプスのホテルにいるような雰囲気があり〇。 今回、曇っていて風呂からの絶景は見えませんでしたが、部屋や食堂で景観を楽しめました。窓は基本カーテンを開けて寝ています。月明かりがあるときは山が浮かび上がっているのが、ベットから見えます。以前なかった展望デッキ(別棟屋上)があり、フルオープンの状態で景観が楽しめるようになりました。１階から螺旋階段が夜は怖いですが、登れるうちは一回行ったほうがいいと思いました。 売店もタイムサービスがあり、多少ですが得した気分になれますが、宿泊客割引にすればいつでも買い物して気持ちよくなれると感じました。タイムサービス時間は狭い売店が混むのでウロウロして選定しずらかったです。 多少の難点としては、食事開始時間に入り口で並ぶことくらいでした。今回は、白馬で他のホテルをお試し宿泊してからの宿泊でしたが、次回は、天候不順で山々が見えないことも考慮して、3連泊以上の滞在でリラックスしたいと思いました。

3年前に続き2回目の宿泊です。 設備は全体的に年季が入っていますが、スタッフの応対、掃除の行き届きは文句ありません。 夜も朝も、ハイキングは選びごたえあり、バリエーションに富んでいて1回では取り切れないほどです。 自慢のお風呂は2箇所あり、宿泊者専用の方が新しく気持ちよく過ごせます。 チェックアウト後の入浴も無料なので、八方池帰りに寄らせていただきました。 また利用させていただこうと思っています。
