It is very close to the beach. You can directly reach Shili Golden Beach from the back door of the community. You can see the sea from the window. It is very close to the commercial street of the resort and it is also convenient for eating.

民宿服務很好很到位！缺什麼都及時送過來！面積還可以，四個人住足夠！停車方便！車裡拿東西放東西很方便！其次提幾個建議及我覺得需要改進的地方：1，整體設施裝修方面，太過於老舊，牆皮發黴脱落，開關附近電線外露非常危險容易，地磚起翹容易摔倒，樓梯扶手搖晃厲害，卧室燈太暗，而且電壓不穩滋滋作響，水龍頭使用起來左右晃動，浴室花灑搖搖欲墜還是我自己修好的。2，整體衞生方面，別墅地面不知道是不是瓷磚問題，油乎乎霧濛濛很臟，衞生死角太多，拉開椅子下面就很臟，浴室玻璃很臟，一樓院子和二樓陽台雜草叢生且有很多垃圾，本來這是別墅最大的優點但是因為沒有打理而沒辦法使用，露台椅子桌子一層灰沒有辦法使用。提供的廚具太過破爛，鍋具無法配套4位成年人使用一餐，廚房櫥櫃裏面很多油污、垃圾及破爛電器，鍋碗瓢盆也是一層油，我們重新洗了很多遍再進行使用，整體很影響心情。3，安全方面，睡的不算安心，連着卧室落地門的院子沒有護欄，睡覺必須上鎖。隔壁裝修工人清晨六點多就開始施工，還跑到我們卧室落地窗這邊，非常沒有安全感且吵鬧。總體來説，在海陽這個四線小城市裡小七百的價格租一天這樣的房子，非常不值。本來攜父母旅行就想住的舒服一些，才選擇了最貴的房型，沒想到如此失敗，對於像我這樣每年會去很多地方住很多民宿的人來説，從未覺得如此糟心。但是服務還是OK的。

假期自駕去山東帶孩子去海邊玩，青島太火爆了，最後朋友推薦海陽市這個冷門海濱度假城市，到了小區完全驚艷到了，房間特別新，而且住着特別有家的感覺，兩室一廳，配套設施齊全，小區封閉管理，適合家庭入住，離海邊近，缺點就是位置稍微偏了點，去市區農貿市場遠了點，開車去的就去沒事了，總之特別適合度假，住的特別安逸。
