真的很少寫不好的評價，來海陽參加馬拉松，同樣的價格，相比煙台的八角灣曼婷，簡直是天壤之別。位置比較偏，衞生也真的太差了。衞生間馬桶很臟，門後好多黑點子，衣櫃裏都是灰塵，床頭櫃上臟臟的不知什麼東西，體驗感實在太差了。希望店家今後有所改進吧。

房間很新，裝修簡潔大方，乾淨利索，設施齊全，美中不足就是燃氣灶不能用，公寓經營方考慮的肯定是安全因素，但是住民宿能自己做飯對遊客來説是很重要的一個訴求和體驗，尤其是這個公寓的位置偏僻，就餐不太方便。小區處在一條河的入海處，環境很好，管理規範，還有一個露天泳池。

海邊，玩耍方便，周邊安靜，停車方便，一廚一衞一室一廳，榻榻米，茶几沙發，大床，舒適，洗漱品、拖鞋、水壺等齊全，老闆非常熱情，房間衞生乾淨整潔無異味，好評。

房間很好，又大又乾淨，收拾的很好，視野很不錯，外面人不多，所以非常安靜舒適，很有度假的感覺。
服務也很好，因為沒有門頭打電話問的，接電話的姐姐特別有耐心，一直接通着等到我們找到了位置才掛電話。
最關鍵的是，是寵物友好！好評100分！！！

很不錯的入住體驗！小區環境好，離海邊走路十分鐘左右！一樓有個餐廳飯菜味道尚可，經濟實惠！房間寬敞，很適合居家旅行！唯一遺憾的就是定訂單是帶兩份早餐的！可入住的時候説餐廳外包了，把早餐給取消了！感覺整體不錯，所以就沒有向**！

房間非常大，非常寬敞，全五星好評，推薦入住。因為是一家三口過去的，所以選擇了這麼一個帶榻榻米的房間，三個入住，而且還是兩個房間做的非常知道。
